    • Disclosed is a device for soundproofing motion picture cameras, featuring soundproof support of the camera frame (2) which supports the noise-generating parts of the camera mechanism, embodies an image plane for the moving film (F), and is located in a camera housing (1). The camera housing (1) is provided with a lens support (10) which is disposed in the recording beam path (A) of the motion picture camera and to which an optical recording element can be fastened. The inventive device comprises two top connecting elements (4, 5) that are placed above and on both sides of the image center (B) in the front area of the motion picture camera as well as a bottom connecting element (6) which is positioned below the image center (B) in the front area of the motion picture camera. The camera frame (2) is suspended on the camera housing (1) via said connecting elements (4, 5, 6). The connecting elements (4, 5, 6) are composed of buffer elements (41, 42, 51, 52, 61, 62), which are preferably made of a polyurethane elastomer, and a pin (7) or screw (8) that is inserted through the buffer elements (41, 42, 51, 52, 61, 62) and connects the buffer elements (41, 42, 51, 52, 61, 62) to the camera housing (1) and the camera frame (2).

    • Die Erfindung betritt eine Filmkamera mit einem Objektiv, welches zur Einstellung der Schärfe bzw. der Brennweite einen Schärfering bzw. einen Zoomring aufweist, bei welcher ferner ein Entfernungsmesser vorgesehen ist. Der Schärfering (3) und der Zoomring (4) ist mit je einem Servomotor (6, 7) gekoppelt, wobei für die Servomotoren (6, 7) eine Steuerung (8) vorgesehen ist. Der Entfernungsmesser (5) ist derart ausgebildet, daß er der gemessenen Entfernung zu einem Motiv (10) entsprechende Daten erzeugt, welche in der Steuerung (8) zur entsprechenden Betätigung der Servomotoren (6, 7) verarbeitet werden, derart, daß die optimale Schärfe bei einem sich bewegenden Motiv (10) aufrechterhalten bleibt. Bevorzugt ist der Entfernungsmesser (5) als als Infrarotentfernungsmesser (9), Laser-Entfernungsmesser (9a) oder Rader-Entfernungsmesser (9b) ausgebildet.

    • Circuitry, apparatus and methods provide flicker detection and improved image generation for digital cameras that employ image sensors. In one example, circuitry and methods are operative to compare a first captured frame with a second captured frame that may be, for example, sequential and consecutive or non-consecutive if desired, to determine misalignment of scene content between the frames. A realigned second frame is produced by realigning the second frame with the first frame if the frames are determined to be misaligned. Luminance data from the realigned second frame and luminance data from the pixels of the first frame are used to determine if an undesired flicker condition exists. If an undesired flicker condition is detected, exposure time control information is generated for output to the imaging sensor that captured the frame, to reduce flicker. This operation may be done, for example, during a preview mode for a digital camera, or may be performed at any other suitable time.
