- un premier étage (1) de classification de source, recevant en entrée une mise à jour de piste, configuré pour déterminer si une piste a une source radar secondaire et délivrer en sortie une classification comme autre piste si une piste mise à jour a une source radar secondaire, ou transmettre la mise à jour de piste à un deuxième étage (2) ;
- le deuxième étage (2) de détection et de caractérisation d'un phénomène ange, configuré pour détecter un phénomène ange et délivrer en sortie un statut de détection ou non d'un phénomène ange, à un premier module de test (3) du statut, et, en cas de détection d'un phénomène ange, délivrer en sortie une caractérisation du phénomène ange détecté, à un troisième étage (4) ;

摘要： The invention relates to a method for detecting measuring errors or artifacts in a weather radar image (1) captured using a weather radar (12). A number of faulty reference weather radar images (2) are used in advance in a calibrating method, faulty reference image sections (21) of a specified size being selected from the faulty reference weather radar images in advance. A number of additional reference weather radar images (3) are used, fault-free reference image sections (31) of the specified size being selected from said additional reference weather radar images. The faulty reference image sections (21) and the fault-free reference image sections (31) are used as the basis for an optimization method. During the optimization method, a decision function is ascertained which obtains an image section of the specified size as the argument and which provides one of at least two different result values (W, ERR) as the result. During the optimization method, a decision function is ascertained which provides a first result value (ERR) that indexes a fault when applied to one of the faulty reference image sections (21). Finally, the decision function is applied to a sub-region (11) or multiple sub-regions (11) of the weather radar image (1) in order to detect measuring errors and artifacts in the weather radar image (1).

摘要： According to one embodiment, a radar return signal processing apparatus includes an detection means (S11), an estimation means (S12, S13) and an extraction means (S14). The detection means (S11) detects an average Doppler frequency, a spectrum width, and a received power of each of echoes, from the radar return signal obtained repeatedly at regular intervals. The estimation means (S12, S13) estimates an optimum mixed density function by learning modeling a shaped of the frequency spectrum by calculating repeatedly a sum of density functions of each of the echoes. The extraction means (S14) extracts information on any one of the echoes included in the radar return signal, from a parameter of the estimated mixed density function.

摘要： A method and system for estimating uncertainties in radar based precipitation estimates is provided. In an embodiment, gauge measurements at one or more gauge locations are received by an agricultural intelligence computer system. The agricultural intelligence computer system obtains precipitation estimates for the one or more gauge locations that correspond to the gauge measurements and computes the differences between the precipitation estimates and the gauge measurements. Using the precipitation estimates and the computed differences, the agricultural intelligence computer system then models a dependence of the uncertainty in the precipitation estimates on the value of the precipitation estimates. When the agricultural intelligence computer system receives precipitation estimates for a location where gauge measurements are unavailable, the agricultural intelligence computer identifies an uncertainty for the precipitation estimate based on the value of the precipitation estimate and the model of the dependence of the uncertainty on the precipitation estimate values.
