    • The present invention refers to a drying method for drying a coating layer which is formed by coating a moving web with a coating solution containing organic solvent, comprising steps of:
      drying said web surrounded by a casing at a transporting position just after the coating with a drying device, so as to prevent disturbance of wind closed to a coating surface, said drying device having a heating means, wherein the atmosphere in or out of said casing is not fed out or sucked in said drying device;
      heating with said heating means, such that a temperature difference |T2-T1| between a temperature T1 of said coating layer at an entrance of said drying device and a temperature T2 of said coating layer at an exit of said drying device at most 5°C.

    • The present invention relates to a drying method for drying a coating layer which is formed by coating a moving web with a coating solution containing organic solvent, comprising steps of transporting almost vertically and upward said web immediately after the coating, inclining with one or larger number of guide roller the upward transporting of said web from an almost vertical direction toward a horizontal direction gradually, drying said coating layer with a drying device having a casing which surrounds said web just after the coating while disturbance of wind close to a coating surface is prevented, and concentration of said solvent vapor in a side of a surface of said coating layer is kept high, during said drying, condensing said solvent vapor by at least one device for condensing and recovering said solvent, said at least one condenser being arranged such that a condensing surface of said at least one condenser faces a surface of said coating layer, said device including protrusions and grooves formed on said condensing surface, and a gutter; and recovering the condensed vapor of said solvent by said gutter of said at least one device.

    • Disclosed herein is a food garbage disposer including: a reaction vessel which includes a hopper into which food garbage is introduced, a heating tank filed with heat-medium oil to heat the hopper, and at least one heater to heat the heat-medium oil in the hopper; an automatic filter which includes an automatic injection nozzle and filters vapor discharged from the reaction vessel; a condenser which condenses the vapor passed through the automatic filter and separate the vapor into condensed water and air; a condensed- water purifier which purifies the condensed water produced by the condenser and supplies the purified water to the automatic injection nozzle of the automatic filter; a deodorizer which purifies and deodorizes the air produced by the condenser; and an air circulation adjuster which mixes the air passed through the deodorizer with external air and reintroduces the mixed water into the reaction vessel. With this configuration, the food garbage disposer is improved in not only preventing an offensive odor from generating since the condensed water produced in the condenser is utilized for filtering the vapor discharged out of the reaction vessel, but also automating a full operation thereof since temperature of the reaction vessel is automatically controlled to facilitate drying and decomposition of the food garbage.
