A boiler 10 includes the heat generating device 11, the first heat removal path 16 is supplied with water as the first heat removal fluid, the water is heated by the heat generating element 14, and steam or warm water is discharged from the first heat removal path 16.

摘要： Provided are a novel hydrogen heating device and a novel hydrogen heating method that can utilize an inexpensive, clean, and safe heat energy source to supply a heated hydrogen-based gas. A hydrogen heating device 11 includes: a sealed container 15 configured to allow a hydrogen-based gas to be led in; a heat generating element 14 provided inside the sealed container 15 and configured to generate heat by occluding and discharging hydrogen; and a temperature adjustment unit configured to adjust a temperature of the heat generating element 14. The heat generating element 14 includes a plurality of stacked bodies 14a each including a support 61 made of at least one of a porous body, a hydrogen permeable film, and a proton conductor, and a multilayer film 62 supported by the support 61. The multilayer film 62 has a first layer made of a hydrogen storage metal or a hydrogen storage alloy and having a thickness of less than 1000 nm, and a second layer made of a hydrogen storage metal or a hydrogen storage alloy different from the first layer, or ceramics and having a thickness of less than 1000 nm. The number of the stacked bodies 14a is set such that the hydrogen-based gas reaches a predetermined temperature by being heated by the heat generating element 14.

摘要： Disclosed are a heat-generating device for a battery and a battery assembly enabling a battery to stably produce electricity even under low-temperature conditions. The heat-generating device for a battery includes a heating element positioned on one side of the battery and generates heat through a reaction with the air. The heating element comprises a main body generating heat through the reaction with the air, and a supporting body wrapping the main body to adhere to the battery. Accordingly, the internal temperature of the battery can be maintained within possible activation temperature ranges to allow the battery to produce electricity, thereby making the battery performance sustainable under low-temperature conditions.
