摘要： Providing a back-up heater for heating water in a heat pump system, wherein the back-up heater comprises a tank, a heating element inside the tank, a removable cap positioned over an end of the tank, wherein the tank comprises an inlet for a main water flow at a side of the tank and an outlet for a main water flow at a side of the tank, wherein tank and removable cap are made from plastic and wherein the tank is formed as a single piece of plastic. Such a back-up heater allows for a design of the back-up heater wherein the back-up heater is easy to assemble, can be construed into a variety of shapes and can be build-up in a modular fashion.

摘要： An indirect-heating hot water apparatus is designed to correctly detect clogging in a secondary water circuit at low costs. A hot water apparatus 100 is provided with: a primary water circuit 27 in which water heated by absorbing heat from a refrigerant at a heat exchanger 21 circulates; a secondary water circuit 28 connected to the primary water circuit 27 via a heat exchanger 23, in which water circulates; and a tank 26 connected to the secondary water circuit 28, in which the water circulating in the secondary water circuit 28 is stored. The hot water apparatus 100 detects the temperature of the water circulating in the primary water circuit 27 and the temperature of the water stored in the tank 26. When the temperature of the water circulating in the primary water circuit 27 is at or above a first threshold and the temperature of the water stored in the tank 26 is at or below a second threshold, the hot water apparatus 100 issues a notification indicating that the secondary water circuit 28 is clogged.

In a coil support member (10), when insertion body portions (121) enter clearances between mutually adjacent loops of a tube (40) of a coil (4), first engagement portions (122a) and second engagement portions (122b) contact the tube (40), move through the clearances while bending, and eventually confront the tube (40) from an intra-coil space. Even if the coil support member (10) tries to move in a direction away from the tube (40), the first engagement portions (122a) and the second engagement portions (122b) deter the movement of the coil support member (10), so the coil support member (10) is prevented from becoming disengaged from the tube (40).

The first and second heating tanks (34, 35) will heat up to heat the water (44) in the first and second heating tanks (34, 35) when a high frequency current is passed through the heat pipe induction coil (66) and first and second induction coils (60, 62).
