摘要： The application provides a drain pan and an air conditioner. The drain pan includes a plastic member (10) and a foaming member (20), wherein an air inlet (11) is provided in the middle part of the plastic member (10); an air outlet (12) is provided near the edge of the plastic member (10); a water receiving sink (17) is arranged between the air inlet (1l) and the air outlet (12); the water receiving sink (17) surrounds the air inlet (11); the air outlet (12) continuously surrounds at least part of the outer edge of the water receiving sink (17); a plurality of supporting grilles (14) are arranged inside the air outlet (12); the plurality of supporting grilles (14) are distributed at intervals in an extension direction of the air outlet (12); the foaming member (20) and the plastic member (10) at least partially overlap with each other; and the foaming member (20) avoids the air inlet (11) and the air outlet (12). The drain pan of the air conditioner is convenient and fast to mount, has high production efficiency and good air output effect, and thus improving the user experience.

摘要： An air conditioning apparatus incorporates an ion generating device that generates positive and negative ions by applying an alternating-current voltage between electrodes. The generated positive and negative ions coexist in the air and, when they attach to the surfaces of airborne bacteria, they react chemically with each other and generate radical hydroxyl and hydrogen peroxide, which extract hydrogen atoms from the cells of the bacteria and thereby kill them. This sterilizing effect is combined with the temperature-conditioning, dehumidifying, humidifying, air-purifying, and other functions of the air conditioning apparatus to bring about a comfortable and healthful indoor environment.

The infrared sensor (6) is installed to one of corners (C) of the decorative panel (6) to face different directions at the respective corners (C). The controller (16) controls one of the air direction vanes (5) so as to blow out an airflow of one of the air outlets (4) and the air-conditioning apparatus to perform an operation, makes a determination (D1) of the installation position of the infrared sensor (6) from one of the divided areas (A) in which a temperature difference in floor surface between before and during an operation of the one of the air direction vanes (5) equals or exceeds a specified value, a disposition position of the one of the air direction vanes (5), and an installation direction of the infrared sensor (6), and makes the one of the divided areas (A) in which the temperature difference equals or exceeds the specified value correspond to the one of the air direction vanes (5) to be controlled.

In an air conditioning indoor unit (10), by lowering the temperature of outgoing air, the temperature of an airflow that flows along a floor surface from a wall surface in a wall airflow mode also becomes lower, so even in a case where by some chance the floor surface is not sufficiently warmed, rising of the airflow that flows along the floor surface can be suppressed more than has conventionally been the case. The wall airflow is an airflow that crawls along the floor surface from the side wall, and it does not strike occupants, so even when the temperature becomes lower, it is less likely to impart a feeling of discomfort to the occupants.
