    • A supporting clip (100) is configured to support at least one tubular member (11, 12), in particular a fuel pipe or a brake pipe (15). The supporting clip (100) extends in a longitudinal direction and comprises a first supporting portion (110), a second supporting portion (120), and a locking structure (130). The first supporting portion (110) supports the tubular member (11, 12) at a first position (16). The second supporting portion (120) supports the tubular member (11, 12) at a second position (17) which is spaced apart from the first position (16) in the longitudinal direction. The locking structure (130) is disposed between the first supporting portion (110) and the second supporting portion (120). The first supporting portion (110) and the second supporting portion (120) are pivotable relative to each other about a rotational axis (A), thereby defining an angular position. The locking structure (130) prevents a relative rotational movement between the first supporting portion (110) and the second supporting portion (120) when the first supporting portion (110) and the second supporting portion (120) are arranged at predetermined angular positions.

    • The invention relates to a bending and retaining device, especially for tubes, cables and pipes, that consists of an at least partially closed flexible hollow body that is open at its two front faces and that has a substantially tubular enveloping surface. Said hollow body consists of individual flexible members that are interconnected by angularly mobile links. The freely accessible front faces of a flexible member form an acute angle the open side of which is oriented towards the links. The inventive device is further designed in such a manner that the link is a defined one-dimensional joint and that snap-in elements are located at the side of the device opposite the links, said snap-in elements interlinking the adjacent links in a form-fit manner without use of an additional retaining device when the inventive device is bent. The invention provides a device for shaping and retaining tubes that facilitates a substantially uniform shape while being freely bendable and that maintains the bend obtained even if the external conditions change.

    • A liquid-tight fitting (10), which is mountable on a housing (26) of an electrical or mechanical device and which includes a grasping portion (16) adjacent an end thereof projecting outwardly from the housing (26), is disclosed. More particularly, the fitting (10) may include a sealing nut (14) with a base (30) having a passageway (36) extending therethrough along a longitudinal axis of the base and being sized and shaped to removably receive the grasping portion (16) of the fitting (10). The sealing nut (14) also includes a cover (32) pivotally connected to the base (30) such that the cover (32) is movable between an open position, in which the cover exposes the passageway (36) of the base (30) to an extent sufficient to allow a cable (33) to be fed through the sealing nut (14) in a substantially straight line running generally parallel to the longitudinal axis of the base (30), and a closed position, in which the cover (32) overlies the passageway (36) in the base (30) such that the cover (32) loosely guides the cable to form a bend therein. A retaining mechanism (52, 54, 56, 58) is provided for retaining the cover (32) in its closed position. A plurality of fingers (18) embracing a gland (20) are provided on the grasping portion (16) of the fitting (10) so as to grasp an adjacent portion of the cable (33) in a liquid-tight and strain-relieving manner.
