    • Provided is a metal bellows that prevents a metal bellows from breaking due to a temperature change or a contact between adjacent slope portions, and to shorten the length of the metal bellows in an expansion-contraction direction at maximal contraction. A metal bellows (110) for an accumulator (100) into which a hydraulic fluid is drawn in, the metal bellows (110) having a bellows-shape in which ridge fold portions (110a) and valley fold portions (110b) are formed repeatedly with slope portions (110c) in between, wherein two of the slope portions (110c) that are adjacent to each other via a common ridge fold portion (110a) have: first slope portions (110c1) each of which extends from the common ridge fold portion (110a) such that a distance therebetween becomes greater as the first slope portions (110c1) extend toward adjacent valley fold portions (110b) or such that the distance therebetween remains constant; and second slope portions (110c2) each of which extends from each of the first slope portions (110c1) extending from the common ridge fold portion (110a) such that a distance therebetween becomes much greater than the first slope portions (110c1) as the second slope portions (110c2) extend toward the adjacent valley fold portions (110b), wherein the first slope portion (110c1) and the second slope portion (110c2) are such that cross sections thereof are connected at an inflection point (P).

    • Provided is a cooling ring (30) for welding used to manufacture a bellows (100) including a plurality of pairs of barriers (10, 20), each pair formed of a first barrier (10) and a second barrier (20) disposed to face the first barrier (10). The cooling ring (30) includes a body (35) formed as a circular arc shape, disposed to attach the first barrier (10) and the second barrier (20) closely to each other while being in contact with at least one of the first barrier (10) and the second barrier (20), the body (35) including copper and a plating layer (36) plating the body (35). The plating layer (36) includes at least one selected from the group consisting of nickel and chrome.
      Since the cooling ring (30) includes the body (35) having the circular arc shape including copper and the plating layer (36) plating the body (35), it is possible to prevent powder of a metal having high electrical conductivity, such as copper, aluminum, gold, and silver, during a welding process.

    • There is provided a bellows for a pressure vessel that would not rupture due to thermal expansion and contraction, avoiding stagnation of a raw material. The bellows 40 for a pressure vessel is adapted to realize ring-shaped sealing between an open end 11 of a bottomed tubular vessel body 10 into which a raw material is caused to flow, and an outer peripheral portion of a dispersion board 30 closing the open end 11 so as to permit downflow of the raw material toward the bottom of the vessel body 10. The bellows 40 is provided with a flexure portion 41 flexing radially so as to permit thermal expansion and contraction without being depressed for avoiding of stagnation of the raw material. The flexure portion 41 has a concave curved surface 42 and a convex curved surface 43 which are continuously formed to have a wave shape.
