    • A blower according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a rotor that has a shaft, a stator, a housing, an impeller attached to the shaft, at an upper side from the stator, and an exhaust air guide portion attached at the upper side of the housing. The housing has a plurality of through holes passing through the housing in the radial direction. The plurality of through holes are disposed following a circumferential direction. The exhaust air guide portion includes an outer periphery cylindrical portion positioned at the outer side of the impeller in the radial direction, and an inner guide portion extending toward the lower side from the outer periphery cylindrical portion. A plurality of the inner guide portion are provided following the circumferential direction, and cover the outer side of the through holes in the radial direction. A guide portion vent that opens to the outer side of the exhaust air guide portion is disposed between inner guide portions that are adjacent in the circumferential direction.
