摘要： The air cleaner (32) comprises a base member (41) including a base wall (41A) extending substantially horizontally, and a cover member (42) attached to an upper side of the base wall to jointly define a filter chamber (70) for receiving a filter element (43) therein. The air cleaner further includes a passage member (44) communicating with the filter chamber and incorporated with a plurality of air ejection pipes (44C) each surrounded by an annular air inlet passage (44E) fitted with guide vanes (44D) for rotating the air flow, and a case member (45) defining separation chambers (45C) for separating dust from the rotating air flow. The passage member (44) is interposed between the cover member (42) and the case member (45).

摘要： An internal combustion engine (1) having a cylinder (5) having a rearwardly slanted axial line is provided with a plurality of cylindrical cyclone dust collection units (34) commonly connected to an upstream end of a filter dust collection unit (35). Each cyclone dust collection unit includes a main body (44, 45) internally defining a separation chamber (45C), and having an air inlet (31) communicating with outside and an air outlet (73) communicating with the filter dust collection unit, and the separation chamber is provided with a dust ejection hole (45D) directed tangentially in an obliquely forward direction. Thereby, dust ejected from the dust ejection hole is ejected away from the operator of the engine, and is prevented from depositing on the engine.

摘要： There is described an agricultural vehicle air cleaner assembly having at least one cyclonic generator to enable the removal of suspended particles from an airflow through the air cleaner assembly. The cyclonic generator has at least one vane which acts to generate a cyclone downstream of the generator, where the pitch of the vane is adjustable. By adjusting the pitch of the vane, the cyclones generated by the air cleaner assembly for a given airflow can be adjusted, thereby allowing for dynamic adjustment of the particle removal effect of the air cleaner assembly.

摘要： An air intake system (100) for a work vehicle may generally include an intake duct (102) defining a passageway (110) for directing air in a flow direction through the system. The duct (102) may also include a pre-cleaner slot (140) defined between inner and outer surfaces of the duct (102) and a support ledge (150) extending circumferentially around at least a portion of an inner perimeter of the duct (102). The system may also include a pre-cleaner (120) configured to be installed within the intake duct (102) by inserting the pre-cleaner (120) through the pre-cleaner slot (140) in a direction extending generally perpendicular to the flow direction. In addition, the air intake system (100) may include a cover (144) configured to be coupled to the intake duct (102) such that the cover (144) extends over the pre-cleaner slot (140) when the pre-cleaner (120) is installed within the intake duct (102).
