    • The invention relates to a fluid feed duct, consisting of a hollow structure (10) into which a feed connection (12) is introduced by means of a joint structure (34). The inventive fluid feed duct is preferably used for feeding a recirculated waste gas stream (broken arrow) into a stream of admission air (continuous arrow) in an internal combustion engine. The use of a ceramic pipe (16) prevents heat from being conducted from the waste gas stream to the constrictions in the hollow structure (10), presented by the suction pipe. The suction pipe can therefore be produced from plastic, since there is no longer any risk of thermal overstressing. The feed connection also has a deviating segment (19), which is provided with outlet openings (20). This enables the waste gas stream to be fed in the direction of the stream of admission air, hereby ensuring optimal mixing and preventing the waste gas stream from being conducted directly to the wall of the plastic suction pipe. This also prevents the plastic structure from melting in that area.
