    • A swing window frame with glazing to facilitate its cleaning, applicable both to windows that are already installed as well as to ones of new construction, irrespective of the type of opening with which they are fitted and the material used in the manufacture of same, characterised in that in addition to the traditional frame it includes a sash that surrounds the outside perimeter of the glazing included in each of the leaves of the windows.
      A window frame according to claim 1, characterised in that it incorporates a set of hardware items which provide the swivel function, including amongst these hinges that maintain a respective protruding portion capable of being inserted in a corresponding cavity located advantageously in the frame of each respective leaf.
      A window frame according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that it includes other items of hardware aimed at providing closing means, which comprise hinges connected by means of pins to a closing fixture provided with openings sized so that they admit the insertion of two fingers to actuate two buttons at the same time, which, when pressed, permit the opening of the glazed part, by means of a swing action around a pivot pin.

    • Bei einer Fenster- oder Türanordnung mit einem Blendrahmen und wenigstens zwei Flügelrahmen, wobei wenigstens ein Flügelrahmen längs des Blendrahmens mittels Führungsrollen längs einer Führungsbahn derart verschiebbar ist, daß er wenigstens teilweise zur Deckung mit einem anderen feststehenden, aber schwenkbaren Flügelrahmen zu bringen ist, wobei der verschiebbare Flügelrahmen in seiner auf den feststehenden Flügelrahmen zu geschobenen Position aufschwenkbar ist, wobei die Führungsrollen durch einen Betätigungsmechanismus mit der Führungsbahn außer Eingriff bringbar sind, wenn der verschiebbare Flügelrahmen sich in der auf den feststehenden Flügelrahmen zu geschobenen Position befindet, ist vorgesehen, daß die Führungsrollen (14) mittels des Betätigungsmechanismus (12) relativ zur Unterkante des Flügelrahmens (2,3) verschiebbar sind, und da ß im Bereich der Führungsrollen (14) an der Unterseite des Flügelrahmens (2,3) bzw. an einem Laufwerksgehäuse an dem Flügelrahmen (2,3) wenigste ns eine ortsfeste Führungsnut (41) für die Führungsrollen (14) derart angeordnet ist, daß bei einer Längsverschiebung der Führungsrollen (14) diese über einen Nockenansatz (39), der in die Führungsnut (41) eingreift, angehoben werden.

    • The invention relates to a glazing system for implementation of a turnable glazing for covering openings formed in a structure, e.g. the coating in a building, wherein the glazing system comprises at least two movable panes (3) placed one after the other and arranged to be turned and locked in a desired angle towards the plane of the glazing. The panes (3) are placed in a guide arrangement (J) comprising advantageously an upper guide (1) and a lower guide (2), substantially supported by pivoting and guiding elements (S) arranged inside the guide arrangement (J). The pivoting and guiding element (S) is provided with a hinge pivot (6), to which the pane (3) is connected with an installation moulding (4) and which is further made up of a fixing groove (7) or the like, a housing (8) or the like, and a fixing arrangement (9) for the hinge pivot (6). Said means of the installation moulding (4) are arranged in a way that the pane (3) is placed partly next to the hinge pivot (6) outside the same in respect of the coating of the housing, and the housing (8) or the like covers the fixing means (10) for fixing the pane (3) to the installation moulding (4). Slide means (5), advantageously a wheel, connected with the upper guide (1) for allowing the movement of the pane (3) are placed only on the outermost side of the pivoting and guiding element (S) with respect to the coating of the building, wherein their lower point of support towards the upper guide (1) and the point of gravity of the pane (3) are located substantially on the same vertical line.
