摘要： Provided is a method for producing a fabric substrate molded product coated with silicone rubber, wherein the adherence of dust, flashes during molding, and foreign matter is prevented because the obtained cured coating film has surface lubricity, and breaking and cracking do not occur when the fabric substrate is deformed because the obtained cured coating film has elongation. This method for producing a fabric substrate molded product coated with silicone rubber, in which method the surface of the fabric substrate is coated with a first coating layer and a second coating layer by forming a first coating layer, which comprises a cured product of a liquid silicone rubber composition, on at least one surface of the fabric substrate, and then forming a second coating layer, which comprises a cured product of a silicone rubber composition, on the outer surface of the first coating layer, is characterized in that the first coating layer is a cured product of a liquid silicone rubber composition that contains an adhesiveness-conferring component, and the second coating layer is a cured product of a silicone rubber composition that contains a silicone resin.

The present invention refers to a layered flexible material for coatings, namely for artificial leather upholsteries, comprising:
at least a water permeable lacquer external layer;
a polyvinyl chloride perforated intermediate layer;
an absorbent textile layer comprising a plurality of superabsorbent polymer fibres and a plurality of polyester fibres;
wherein said layers are connected and show diffusion and water absorption properties working in a synergetic way in the control of liquid state moisture by a diffusion mass transport phenomenon without decreasing the common material breathability.

摘要： A sheet structure obtained by separately producing an artificial leather base material and a leather-like skin, and combining the two together in simple equipment. An artificial leather having air permeability is produced as follows. A film material is filled in concavities of a transfer sheet having a convexo-concave shape reverse to a leather-like convexo-concave surface to form a perforated film layer. On the perforated film layer is formed a porous layer formed of open-cell foam. The porous layer is formed by coating an aqueous polyurethane dispersion solution containing base resin, which is foamed through agitation, followed by drying. The resultant sheet structure is thermally laminated on a desired base material. The base material is composed of a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a knit, or the like, impregnated with foamed polyurethane as necessary. A thermally-fused open-cell foamed layer may additionally be formed on the porous layer to enhance flexibility and peeling strength, Lastly, the transfer sheet is peeled off.
