摘要： An insulating coating for an electrical steel sheet is provided that is formed on a surface of a base metal of the electrical steel sheet and that contains a polyvalent metal phosphate of one or more elements selected from Al, Zn, Mg and Ca, and has an enriched layer of a divalent metal at an interface with the surface of the base metal. An enrichment of the divalent metal contained in the enriched layer is 0.01 g/m 2 or more and less than 0.2 g/m 2 .

The insulative coating processing liquid contains: at least one phosphate selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Ba, Sr, Zn, Al, and Mn; and two or more types of colloidal silicas having different mean particle diameters, wherein the total contained amount of the colloidal silicas in terms of the SiO 2 solid content is 50-120 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid content of the phosphate, a mean particle diameter ratio expressed as r i+1 /r i is not lower than 1.5 when the mean particle diameters of the colloidal silicas are represented as r 1 , ..., r n in an ascending order, and a mass ratio expressed as w i+1 /(w i+1 +w i ) is 0.30-0.90 when the masses of the colloidal silicas in terms of the SiO 2 solid content are represented as w 1 , ..., w n in an ascending order of the respective mean particle diameters. [Solution] An automobile part according to the present invention includes: a formed steel sheet having an intermetallic compound layer formed on a surface of the steel sheet, the intermetallic compound layer being formed of Al-Fe intermetallic compound having a thickness of 10 µm or more and 50 µm or less, the intermetallic compound layer including a diffusion layer positioned in closest proximity to the steel sheet, the diffusion layer having a thickness of 10 µm or less; a surface coating layer provided on a surface of the intermetallic compound layer, the surface coating layer including a coating containing ZnO and a zinc phosphate coating and having a surface roughness of 3 µm or more and 20 µm or less as a maximum profile height Rt in accordance with JIS B0601 (2001); and an electrodeposition paint film provided on a surface of the surface coating layer and having a thickness of 6 µm or more and less than 15 µm.

摘要： The application provides a surface-treated zinc series plated steel sheet containing a steel sheet having on a surface thereof a zinc series plated layer, and on the plated layer, a surface-treated film containing a reaction product of a metallic salt with the plated metal, and a resin in a mass proportion of from 1 to 50% by mass with respect to the metallic salt, wherein the surface-treated film has a layer mainly containing the reaction product having a thickness of from 0.02 to 3 µm, and the layer mainly containing the reaction product contains 20% by volume or more of the resin contained in the surface-treated film, and a process for producing the same. According to the invention, such a chromium free surface-treated zinc series plated steel sheet is obtained that is excellent in corrosion resistance of flat part, corrosion resistance after forming, electroconductivity and formability, as equivalent to a general-purpose chromate-treated zinc series plated steel sheet. According to the process of the invention, neither chromium nor chromium compound is used, and no special wastewater treatment is necessary in a coating process of a surface treating solution and upon using the surface-treated steel sheet thus obtained.
