摘要： The invention relates to a fluidized bed reactor and a hydrogenation method thereof. The fluidized bed reactor (7) comprises a reactor shell (103) vertical to the ground and a phase separator (111) at the upper part of the shell (103). An inner circulation zone is provided under the phase separator (111), and comprises a cylinder (114), a tapered diffusion section (115) and a guiding structure (104). In the hydrogenation method using the fluidized bed reactor (7), an expanded bed reactor (3) is used to further hydrogenate part of the product from the fluidized bed reactor (7), and supply catalyst without influencing on the stable operation of the fluidized bed reactor (7).

摘要： An improved system and method for processing feedstocks in an ebullated-bed hydroprocessing reactor is provided in which hydrogen gas is dissolved in the fresh and recycled liquid feedstock by mixing and/or diffusion of an excess of hydrogen, followed by flashing of the undissolved hydrogen upstream of the reactor inlet, introduction of the feed containing dissolved hydrogen into the ebullated-bed hydroprocessing reactor whereby the dissolved hydrogen eliminates or minimizes the prior art problems of gas hold-up and reduced operational efficiency of the recycle pump due to the presence of excess gas in the recycle stream when hydrogen gas was introduced as a separate phase into the reactor.

摘要： A method and apparatus for improving a hydrogen utilization rate in a hydrogenation hot high-pressure separation process. Hydrogenated distillate oil, a gas product and hydrogen pass through an inertia separation distributor arranged in an inlet of a hot high-pressure separator under high pressure for preliminary gas-liquid separation, and a gas phase goes to a subsequent system; a liquid phase goes into a hot low-pressure separator. Releases a part of low-pressure separated gas (mainly hydrogen) after preliminary separation through an injection flash separator in the hot low-pressure separator, and is divided into a gas phase and a liquid phase based on gravitational settling; hydrogen and some micro bubbles that are still dissolved in hot low-pressure separated oil under the pressure are separated from the oil through a centrifugal degassing device; the gas phase exits from the apparatus after carried liquid droplets are removed completely through hydrocyclone separation separation or coalescence separation, and distillate oil goes to a subsequent facility.

摘要： Disclosed is a fluidized bed reactor for carrying out a gas phase reaction. A gaseous reaction mixture flows from the bottom to the top of a heterogeneous particulate catalyst that forms a fluidized bed in which baffles are arranged. Said fluidized bed reactor is characterized in that the baffles divide the fluidized bed into a plurality of cells horizontally disposed in the fluidized bed reactor and a plurality of cells vertically disposed in the fluidized bed reactor, the cell walls being gas-permeable and being provided with openings which ensure that the heterogeneous particulate catalyst reaches a transfer rate ranging from 1 to 100 liters/hour per liter of reactor volume in the vertical direction.
