摘要： A rubber composition for vibration damping rubbers, comprisies a rubber component, a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent, a resin, and a bismaleimide. The resin is a mixed resin comprising at least an aromatic hydrocarbon resin and an aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. When the total amount of the rubber component is regarded as 100 parts by weight, the rubber composition preferably contains 1.5 parts by weight or less of the sulfur-based vulcanizing agent.

A sulfur-modified chloroprene elastomer composition, containing a thiuram compound in an amount of 1 to 2.5 mass % and having an organic acid content, as determined in accordance with JIS K6237, of 1.5 to 15 mass %, an ash content, as determined in accordance with JIS K6228, of 0.03 to 0.2 mass %, and a mass ratio of the organic acid content to the ash content (organic acid content/ash content) of 50 to 500, as they are so regulated by modification of the blending amount of the emulsifier.

摘要： The present invention provides a sound insulator which includes: a flexible material (A) having a peak of loss tangent (tan ´), which is determined by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, in a temperature range of -60°C to lower than 0°C; and a resin (B) having a peak of loss tangent (tan ´), which is determined by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, in a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C, the sound insulator including the resin (B) at a ratio of 1 to 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the flexible material (A). The sound insulator of the present invention is a material which realizes excellent sound insulation properties without relying on a complex shape and an increase in weight.

The nitrile rubber composition can yield a vulcanization molded product, besides maintaining characteristics as a conductive material, satisfying muddy water resistance, sealing properties, and low torque characteristics required for rolling bearing oil seals for vehicles, etc., and having a rubber volume change kept low when the product is washed with water after exposure to an antifreezing agent.

摘要： The invention is a process for producing a rubber composition containing at least one rubber component (A) selected from natural rubbers and synthetic diene rubbers, a filler containing an inorganic filler (B), a silane coupling agent (C) and a vulcanization accelerator (D), wherein the rubber composition is kneaded in multiple stages, the rubber component (A), all or a portion of the inorganic filler (B), all or a portion of the silane coupling agent (C) and the vulcanization accelerator (D) are added and kneaded in the first stage of kneading, and the specific energy for kneading in the first stage is from 0.05 to 1.50 kWh/kg. The specific energy is obtained by dividing the power consumption by the motor in the kneading device in the first stage of kneading by the total mass of the rubber composition therein. In the process, the coupling function activity can be further increased and a rubber composition favorably having a low-heat-generation property and having good abrasion resistance can be obtained.
