摘要： Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Gebiete der Chemie und des Maschinenbaus und betrifft ein Verfahren zur Modifizierung von Kunststoffoberflächen während eines Formgebungsprozesses. Das Verfahren kann beispielsweise für ein nachfolgendes Lackieren, Beschichten oder Bedrucken von Kunststoffoberflächen mit Metallen eingesetzt werden.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, ein Verfahren zur Modifizierung von Kunststoffoberflächen anzugeben, das einfach und umweltfreundlich ist.
Gelöst wird die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe durch ein Verfahren zur Modifizierung von Kunststoffoberflächen, bei dem auf die Oberfläche eines Formwerkzeuges in einem Spritzgießprozess mindestens eine Modifikatorsubstanz mindestens teilweise aufgebracht wird, wobei die Modifikatorsubstanz mindestens ein funktionelles Polymer mit reaktiven und funktionellen Gruppen und metallische Ionen und/oder metallische Nanopartikel enthält, und nachfolgend eine Kunststoffschmelze in das Formwerkzeug eingebracht wird, und anschließend das Formteil aus dem Formwerkzeug entnommen wird, wobei weitere Verfahrensschritte zur chemischen Abscheidung mindestens einer Metallschicht auf den metallischen Nanopartikeln realisiert werden können.

摘要： Disclosed are optically transparent super-hydrophobic materials, and methods for making and using the same, that can include an optically transparent polymeric layer having a first surface and an opposing second surface. At least a portion of the first surface has been plasma-treated with oxygen and a fluorine containing compound. The treated surface includes nano- or micro-structures that are etched into the first surface and that are chemically modified with the fluorine containing compound. The nano- or micro-structures have a height to width aspect ratio of greater than 1, and a water contact angle of at least 150°. The optically transparent polymeric layer retains its optical transparency after said plasma-treatment. Due to their optical transparency, chemical and thermal robustness, weatherability, and self-cleaning performance, the super-hydrophobic materials disclosed are useful in high performing solar cell units in harsh semi-arid environments.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for forming a metal nanowire or a metal nanomesh capable of forming a variety of metal nanowires or metal nanomeshes in a desired shape by a simplified method.
