    • The object of the invention is microporous polyurethane elastomer-based nanocomposite that contains 0.01-30 parts by weight of nanofiller and which is the product of the reaction between the polyol premix containing 1-90 parts by weight of polyetherols and/or polyestrols with a molecular weight from 150 to 150 000 g/mol, a hydroxyl number between 10 and 700 mg KOH/g, and the functionality of 1.5-6; 0.01-15 parts by weight of surfactant; 0.01-15 parts of amine and organometallic catalysts; 0.01-20 parts of environment-friendly porophore; and isocyanate agent containing 1-90 parts by weight of prepolymer with 1-32% of free isocyanate groups that had originated from oligoetherols and/or oligoestrols with a molecular weight from 400 to 15000 g/mol, a hydroxyl number between 10 and 700 mg KOH/g, and the functionality of 1-4; and diisocyanates with the NCO/OH ratio from 0.5 to 4 per 1 mol of -OH groups. Preferably the homogenized dispersion of graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide in polar or non-polar solvents, more preferably in water, tetrahydrofuran, dimethylformamide and acetone; or the dispersion of graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide in the oligomeric component or in the mixture of components based on polyol premix, or in isocyanate agent is used as a nanofiller. Isocyanate agent is added in the amount corresponding to the value of IC index between 0.5 and 4.
      The method of manufacturing the said microporous polyurethane elastomer-based nanocomposite is also the object of invention.
