摘要： A resorbable tissue scaffold fabricated from bioactive glass fiber forms a rigid three-dimensional porous matrix having a bioactive composition. Porosity in the form of interconnected pore space is provided by the space between the bioactive glass fiber in the porous matrix. Strength of the bioresorbable matrix is provided by bioactive glass that fuses and bonds the bioactive glass fiber into the rigid three-dimensional matrix. The resorbable tissue scaffold supports tissue in-growth to provide osteoconductivity as a resorbable tissue scaffold, used for the repair of damaged and/or diseased bone tissue.

摘要： The invention relates to a blank for producing shaped dental parts which consists entirely of porous glass without crystalline material. The density of the blank is in the range from 50% to 95% of its theoretical density. It has a disc-like shape having a diameter of at least 20 mm. The blank is produced by a process in which glass powder is firstly pressed at a pressure in the range from 10 MPa to 300 MPa and this green body is (pre)sintered at a temperature in the range from 580°C to 750°C to give a blank composed of porous glass without crystalline material. Monolithic shaped dental parts can be obtained from the resulting blank by mechanical machining and subsequent sintering, with a process according to the invention being employed to stabilize the shape of the shaped parts. 摘要： A chemical vapor deposition process for preparing a low dielectric constant organosilicate (OSG) having enhanced mechanical properties by adjusting the amount of organic groups, such as methyl groups, within the mixture is disclosed herein. In one embodiment of the present invention, the OSG film is deposited from a mixture comprising a first silicon-containing precursor that comprises from 3 to 4 Si-O bonds per Si atom, from 0 to 1 of bonds selected from the group consisting of Si-H, Si-Br, and Si-Cl bonds per Si atom and no Si-C bonds and a second silicon-containing precursor that comprises at least one Si-C bond per Si atom. In another embodiment of the present invention, the OSG film is deposited from a mixture comprising an asymmetric silicon-containing precursor. In either embodiment, the mixture may further contain a porogen precursor to provide a porous OSG film.
