摘要： The invention relates to a method of circular use of waste brine produced in the manufacture process of MDI, comprising the following steps: (1) the waste brine produced in the manufacture process of MDI is subjected to a high-gravity extraction and then to a column extraction, wherein said waste brine contains aniline, diaminodiphenylmethane and polyamine; (2) the waste brine from step (1) is transmitted to a stripping tower for steam stripping; (3) the waste brine from the stripping tower of step (2) and a chemical oxidant are transmitted to an oxidation reactor to which air is blown for aeration; (4) the waste brine after the treatment of step (3) is transmitted to an absorption tower for absorption. The invention makes the salt water have TOC of less than 8 ppm and TN of less than 2.5 ppm and achieves regeneration of resources in the waste brine such as sodium chloride and water and the like for circular use.

摘要： A method for producing sodium carbonate, which comprises: (a) obtaining a mixture comprising sodium chloride and other water-soluble inorganic salt by neutralization treatment of a gas containing hydrogen chloride with sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogencarbonate or sodium sesquicarbonate, wherein said gas containing hydrogen chloride is a gas formed by refuse incineration or combustion in a boiler, (b) purifying said sodium chloride, wherein water or an aqueous solution of said sodium chloride is added to the mixture obtained in step (a) in such an amount that is sufficient to dissolve at least one type of said other water-soluble inorganic salt substantially in its entire amount and that is not sufficient to dissolve said sodium chloride substantially in its entire amount, thereby to dissolve said other water soluble inorganic salt substantially in its entire amount, (c) subjecting the slurry obtained in step (b) to a solid-liquid separation to recover the sodium chloride as solid component, and (d) producing sodium carbonate of an aqueous solution of the sodium chloride obtained in step (c) by an ammonia soda process.

The process comprises feeding a liquid or gaseous sulfur compound (e.g. hydrogen sulfide) to a mixture comprising lithium hydroxide and a non-lithium hydroxide solid compound (e.g. alkali metal chloride or alkaline earth metal chloride) in a non-protonic organic solvent (e.g. N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone), separating the alkali metal chloride or alkaline earth metal chloride, adjusting the sulfur content of the reaction mixture, feeding a dihalogeno aromatic compound (e.g. p-dichlorobenzene) to effect a polycondensation reaction, and adding of an alkali metal hydroxide (e.g. sodium hydroxide) to recover lithium ion.
