摘要： The invention provides a tubing material (20) suitable for constructing a double-walled dead shaft idler (22, 24) which are rigidly interconnected by a plurality of radially disposed spokes (26). The idler so constructed is lighter weight than standard idlers. It permits bearings (56a, 56b) to be mounted at a distance recessed from the ends of the idler, thereby reducing deflection or bending of the idler. The tubing also includes built-in balancing lugs (32).

摘要： The invention relates to a rotating winder for stranding products which has a rotor (1) connected to a drive motor and is borne on a machine frame and in which a winding drum (2) is rotatably fitted which is connected to a drive motor and the axis of rotation (3) of which runs transversely to the rotor axis (4), and which has a traversing fork (14) movable parallel to the winding drum axis (3) as a traversing device for the substances to be wound. The traversing fork (14) moving to and fro transversely to the rotor axis (4) generates changing imbalances which forbid a higher working speed. The provision of a counterweight (15; 19) to the traversing fork (14; 17) guided in the opposite direction to the traversing fork (14; 17) on the traversing device and connected to the traversing fork (14) via a transmission device preferably in the form of a puller (31) in the region of the rotor axis (4) makes for considerably improved balance so that greater efficiency can be achieved with a higher operating speed.

Du fait qu'il est prévu un contrepoids (15; 19) à la fourche (14; 17), contrepoids qui est guidé en sens inverse de la fourche (14; 17) sur l'installation de trancanage et qui est relié à la fourche (14) par un mécanisme de transmission, se présentant de préférence sous la forme d'un mécanisme de traction (31), au niveau de l'axe de rotation (4) du rotor, l'équilibrage est considérablement amélioré, de sorte qu'on peut atteindre également une puissance plus élevée avec une vitesse de rotation supérieure.
