    • The invention relates to a reel-up which comprises two pairs of carriages (23, 26A, 26B) for moving a reeling shaft (15) and a parent roll (20) to be reeled around a reeling shaft (15) supporting the reeling shaft (15) at its each end and center drives (24, 29) for rotating the reeling shaft (15). In the reel-up (10) one carriage (26A, 26B) pair is located inside the guides (11, 12) and provides for the secondary carriages (26A, 26B). In the reel-up (10) at least a secondary center drive (29) is located outside the guides (11, 12). At least for moving the secondary drive (29) and the secondary carriages (26A, 26B) the reel-up (10) comprises at least two actuators and at least the secondary drive (29) and at least one of the secondary carriages (26A, 26B) are synchronized electrically. The invention also relates to a method of reeling a fiber web in a reel-up.

    • A paper web is continuously reeled into reels around rotating reeling cores. Before a change of reel a new empty reeling core (5) is brought to the change station into change connection with the paper web (W) going to the old reel (R), and when the old reel (R) is full, the web is changed in a change event to travel to the periphery of the new reeling core (5) and a primary reeling is started where the web is guided to form a rell around the reeling core (5) through a reeling nip (N1) between the loop of an endless supporting member (1) and the reeling core. From the primary reeling a change is made to secondary reeling, where a portion of the supporting member (1) carrying the web brings the web to the reel, and the web moves over to the reel in a reeling nip (N) between said portion and the outer periphery of the reel. During the secondary reeling at least in some stage the reeling core (5) is transferred in relation to the loop of the supporting member (1) according to the increase of the diameter of the reel (R) in such a manner that the position of said reeling nip (N) moves forward on the web-carrying portion of the endless supporting member (1) in the travel direction of said portion. A first guide roll (2) of the web-carrying portion of the loop of the endless supporting member (1) is transferred in the direction of the periphery of the reeling core (5) so that the distance of the reeling nip (N1) located between the reeling core (5) and the loop of the supporting member (1) from the first guide roll (2) changes in the primary reeling.

    • Vorrichtung und Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (12), mit folgende "Schritte":
      die Materialbahn (12) wird teilweise über eine Umfangsfläche einer mittels einer ersten Transporteinrichtung (26) verlagerbaren Tragtrommel (18) geführt, die mit der mittels einer zweiten Transporteinrichtung (28) verlagerbaren Wickelrolle (16) in einer durch die Längsachsen (20, 22) der Tragtrommel (18) und der Wickelrolle (16) bestimmten ersten Ebene (E1) einen Wickelspalt (24) bildet, wobei die Linienkraft im Wickelspalt (24) gesteuert oder geregelt wird ("Hauptwickelphase"); bei Erreichen eines vorgebbaren Wickelrollendurchmessers wird die relative vertikale Position von Tragtrommel (18) und Wickelrolle (16) durch eine Verlagerung, so verändert, dass ein neuer Tambour (14') in einer Halteeinrichtung (32) bereitgestellt und zwischen der Tragtrommel (18) und dem neuen Tambour (14') ein neuer Wickelspalt (24') gebildet, wird die Materialbahn (12) wird mittels zumindest einer Trenneinrichtung getrennt und mit ihrem neuen Bahnanfang auf den neuen Tambour (14') aufgewickelt ("Anwickelphase"); die alte Wickelrolle (16) wird unter Aufhebung des alten Wickelspalts (24) mittels der zweiten Transporteinrichtung (28) von der Tragtrommel (18) entfernt und aus der zweiten Transporteinrichtung (28) entnommen; und nach erfolgtem Anwickeln werden die Tragtrommel (18) und die neue Wickelrolle (16') unter Aufrechterhaltung des dazwischen gebildeten Wickelspalts (24') in die erste Ebene (E1) verlagert wobei die Linienkraft im gebildeten Wickelspalt (24') gesteuert oder geregelt wird ("Zwischenwickelphase").

    • An apparatus serving for winding up a material web in rolls on roll shafts. The apparatus is comprising two roll carriages, each having supporting structures for supporting the ends of a roll shaft (1; 2) and also rotating means for rotating said shaft during operation, means for conveying each carriage to-and-fro between a start position where the winding-up of a roll (3) of web (13) on an empty shaft (1) is started, and a finish position where the winding-up of the roll is finished, a first pressure roller (4) being displaceable between a first position where the roller is supporting the web at a distance from an empty shaft (1) on a carriage being in start position and a second position where the roller is pressing the web against said shaft, a second pressure roller (5) displaceable between a start position where the roller is free of the web (13) and other positions where the roller is engaging the periphery of a web roll partly or completely wound-up, a cutting knife (18), which is placed in an area between the first and second pressure rollers (4; 5) and is displaceable between a first position at a distance from the web and a second position where the knife has cut through the web, and means for, at roll exchanging, simultaneously or immediately after each other, displacing the first pressure (4) roller and the cutting knife (18) from the first to the second position. The apparatus has a simple construction and is able to easily and safety start the winding-up of the web on a new roll shaft at roll shifting. The apparatus also can be used for cutting off a free length of the web for rejecting this length.
