摘要： The invention relates to a nestable crate comprising a base. Side walls (3,4,5,6) stand transversely of the base. These side walls have a free upper edge (7). The crate comprises at least a first stacking member (12) which is arranged close to the base and which can support on a second stacking member (13) when the crates are stacked, which second member is arranged close to the upper edge in the line of the first stacking member. The second member is provided with a support means for stackably supporting crates in a stacked state and nestably receiving crates in a nested state. The invention is characterized by support means which is movable substantially parallel to the plane of the side wall.

Stacking bars (112) can be stowed in the floor of the container, or raised to allow stacking at an intermediate height. According to the invention, hooks (152) are formed integally with the stacking means (112) and the container is formed so that when a container is nested into a container below, the hooks (152) of the upper container are released by the nesting action, allowing the stacking means (112) to hinge down to their stowed position.

摘要： A certified (e.g. U.S. Department of Transportation and United Nations) transportable, returnable, reusable, plastic, self-supporting, storage container (1) for liquids, greases, prills, dry powders or any combination thereof, comprising a rigid, round, plastic vessel (20), molded in one piece, and a full-diameter lid (10) for the vessel (20) having one large cap (13) and a smaller bung (13B).
Preferably, these parts are molded out of a dicyclopentadiene polymer, using the reaction injection molding (RIM) process. The lateral wall (21) of the vessel is inclined inwardly from top to bottom so as to define an upper truncated conical section (20A) and lower truncated conical section (20B) coaxial with the upper section. A recess (25) with a thick wall section (26) is formed near the bottom of lateral wall (21) of the vessel and this recess (25) can be tapped with a threaded drainage hole (27) to receive a threaded drain valve (30). The vessel's bottom (24) is sloped towards this recess (25) to permit complete draining of the container's contents. The container (1) may be mounted on a pallet member (40) or seated in a pallet tub (50).

摘要： A delivery crate, for handling shopping or hazardous waste, comprises sidewalls 2; and a base portion movably connected to the side walls to block the bottom face. Preferably, the side walls form a rectangular perimeter. Preferably, the base portion comprises a pair of identical base (5a, 5b) panels moving inwards and outwards; and in the outwards position can be folded flat against the side walls and retained using an interference bump or a lip (8, figure 3) that interferes with a cut-out (9) in the side wall. Preferably, the base panels are connected via a pin and slot (6, 7 figure 5a) that only allows linear movement but rotation at a fully outwards position; and prevents movement when folded flat. Preferably, the base panels move horizontally and have a downwards upper surface, or may move at a 15 degree angle downwardly and inwardly; have a releasable bump fit joining them; and the lower surface is contoured to aid stacking.
