摘要： The present invention relates to a packaging machine for surrounding a packaging tray with a stretchable film. The packaging machine comprises a packaging station for wrapping packaging trays with a film and a table consisting of multiple lift posts attached to a bottom plate. The table is for supporting a packaging tray to be wrapped. At least one lift post consists of a fixed member attached at one side to the bottom plate and further consists of a support head at the other side. The support head is attached to the fixed member by a flexible connection bendable in each direction in a plane orthogonal to the lift post.

Tray mit Abstand voneinander und in Querstellung von einer Folienbahn unter Bildung eines Folienschlauchs (26) einer Siegel- und Trennstation zugeführt zum Herstellen von Verbindungs- bzw. Seitennähten unter gleichzeitigem Abtrennen einer Folienpackung von dem Folienschlauch (26). Für die Faltung von Endbereichen der quergerichteten Verbindungsnähte ist der Folienschlauch (26) im Bereich eines freien Schlauchabschnitts - Faltabschnitt (48) - seitlich mit Hilfsschnitten (53) versehen, die die Einfaltung von Bereichen einer Schlauchseitenwand (30) begünstigen.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a pack of smoking articles. The method comprises providing a planar blank of an inner support frame comprising a front panel and a rear panel connected by a bottom panel, and folding the front and rear panels together about the bottom panel to form an inner support frame in a receiving configuration. In the receiving configuration, the front and rear panels diverge in a direction away from the bottom panel and define an opening remote from the bottom panel. The method includes inserting a bundle of smoking articles through the opening into the inner support frame and folding the front and rear panels together about the bottom panel from the receiving configuration to an enclosed configuration to enclose the bundle of smoking articles. The method includes wrapping the bundle of smoking articles and inner support frame with a film to form a sealed pack of smoking articles. Also an apparatus for manufacturing a pack of smoking articles according to such a method.

摘要： A folding machine for wrapping a bundle of cigarettes in metal-laminated paper. A partially wrapped bundle of cigarettes, including an unwrapped trailing end, is received in a pocket of a shuttle from a pusher. The shuttle comprises a top folder, two side folders and two bottom folders that are integrated with the shuttle and can operate on the partially unwrapped package along respective edges of its end face and produce a wrapped package in the pocket. Another pusher is configured to eject the wrapped package from the pocket of the shuttle. The shuttle also includes a gripper for gripping the partially wrapped bundle. The driving mechanism for the gripper is integrated with the driving mechanism for the shuttle.
