摘要： Waterproof, breathable socks, booties, shoe inserts, and footwear assemblies containing the shoe inserts are provided. The booties and shoe inserts include a laminate of a seamless ePTFE membrane and at least one textile. The bootie is conformable over a range of sizes and shoe shapes, and may be shaped to fit numerous sizes and shapes of asymmetrical shoe lasts. The bootie may shrink to fit, or, alternatively, be stretched to fit, an asymmetrical last having a desired size to form a shoe insert. Such a conformable bootie eliminates the need to have multiple sizes of shoe inserts correlating to particular shoe sizes. In embodiments where the ePTFE is seamless and continuous, the shoe insert eliminates the need for a waterproof seam tape, which is conventionally used to make shoe inserts waterproof. Methods of forming the socks, booties, and shoe inserts are also provided.

摘要： The present invention relates to a static dissipative textile (100) having an electrically conductive surface achieved by coating the textile with an electrically conductive coating (200) in a variety of patterns (400). The electrically conductive coating (200) is comprised of a conducting agent and a binding agent, and optionally a dispersing agent and/or a thickening agent. The static dissipative textile (100) generally comprises a fabric (300), which may be screen printed or otherwise coated with a conductive coating (200). The economically produced fabric (300) exhibits relatively permanent static dissipation properties and conducts electric charge at virtually any humidity, while the conductive coating (200) does not detrimentally affect the overall appearance or tactile properties of the fabric (300).

The hood (1) can be removed without breaking the seal between the mask and mask hood seal (2) to minimise contamination during donning and doffing.

摘要： The invention provides a fiber reinforced composite material having high interlaminar toughness and compressive strength under wet heat conditions, as well as an epoxy resin composition for production thereof and a prepreg producible from the epoxy resin composition. The prepreg comprises at least constituents [A], [B], and [C] as specified below and reinforcement fiber, wherein 90% or more of constituent [C] exists in the depth range accounting for 20% of the prepreg thickness from the prepreg surface: [A] epoxy resin [B] epoxy resin curing agent [C] polymer particles insoluble in epoxy resin and falling under any of the following [Cx] to [Cz]: [Cx] polymer particles insoluble in epoxy resin and giving a particle diameter distribution chart meeting the following requirements from (x-i) to (x-iii): (x-i) the chart has at least two peaks, (x-ii) the particles giving the two highest peaks have a diameter ratio in the range of 1.5 to 7, and (x-iii) the one of the two highest peaks attributable to the larger-diameter particle has a half-value width in the range of 1.1 to 3, [Cy] polymer particles insoluble in epoxy resin and meeting the following requirements from (y-i) to (y-iii): (y-i) the average particle diameter is in the range of 1 to 18 µm, (y-ii) the particle sphericity is in the range of 90 to 100, and (y-iii) the glass transition temperature is in the range of 80 to 155°C, [Cz] polymer particles insoluble in epoxy resin and meeting the following requirements from (z-i) to (z-iii): (z-i) the average particle diameter is more than 12 µm and 50 µm or less, (z-ii) the particle sphericity is in the range of 90 to 100, and (z-iii) the glass transition temperature is in the range of 80 to 155°C.

摘要： An architectural membrane structure preferably includes an aerogel material disposed, for example, between two outer layers. The aerogel can be in monolithic or granular form or can be present in an aerogel composite. A method for manufacturing an architectural membrane structure includes securing an insert, e.g., an aerogel blanket, composite or granular aerogel, between a first and second layer. The architectural membrane structure can be used as a tensioned panel in envelopes such as roofing, overhangs, canopies or in other architectural or structural fabric applications.

摘要： The present invention is directed to an unexpectedly unique environmentally friendly composite material structure (22) and storage article fabricated therefrom. The composite structure (22) includes a fiber-containing layer (24), such as a fiberboard layer or other layer having fibers from natural and/or synthetic sources, and a mineral-containing layer (26) covering the fiber-containing layer (24). The mineral-containing layer (26) is substantially continuously bonded to the fiber-containing layer (24) along the surface (25) of the fiber-containing layer (24). The fiber-containing layer (24) and mineral-containing layer (26) can be shaped, sized and manufactured such that the composite structure (22) formed therefrom is capable of being machined to form the storage article. The composite structure (22) has advantages in that it has a high degree of pliability and flexibility that is increased over the pliability of the fiber-containing layer (24) alone, which renders it highly attractive to consumers.
