摘要： A method for thermally bonding together a cover film (3) of an ophthalmic lens package (1) and a base part (2) of the ophthalmic lens package (1), such as a contact lens package, in particular a soft contact lens package, comprising the steps of - providing a package holder (9) supporting a base part (2) and a cover film (3) arranged thereon, the base part (2) comprising a depression (4) containing an ophthalmic lens (5) immersed in a liquid (6); - mechanically pressing the cover film (3) and the base part (2) together along a bonding area (7) having a shape completely enclosing the depression (4) while applying heat to the bonding area (7), thereby thermally bonding together the cover film (3) and the base part (2) along the bonding area (7); wherein the step of providing the package holder (9) includes arranging a flexible support element (18) on an upper surface (10) of the package holder (9) to form a support area (19) corresponding in shape to and being arranged in alignment with the bonding area (7), with the flexible support element (18) having a flexibility higher than the flexibility of the base part (2).

The mould comprises an inner mould layer (38) defining a mould surface (40) for supporting the plurality of elements, heating means (44) disposed beneath the mould surface, and a heat distribution layer (46) adjacent to the heating means. The mould has one or more first regions (34) configured to support elements of the component having relatively high heat capacity, one or more second regions (36) configured to support elements of the component having relatively low heat capacity, and one or more transition regions (35) defined between the first and second regions. The heat distribution layer in one or more transition regions of the mould is configured to enhance heat transfer within the distribution layer to one or more first regions of the mould.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a tool such as an injection moulding tool or an embossing tool. A heating device including a stack of layers is provided for heating a tool surface. The stack may include a coil carrier layer with a number of wound coils for generating a magnetic field, and a conductive top layer, being adjacent to the tool surface currents are induced in the top layer to heat the surface. Efficient heating may be provided by solutions involving low resistivity layers that lead currents to the top layer without themselves developing heat to any greater extent. A conduction frame device can be provided beneath the top layer and around the perimeter thereof to provide reliable contact with a backing layer.

摘要： Provided are a double container assembly comprising: a double container comprised of a relatively-rigid outer container and a flexible inner container disposed inside the outer container and capacity-variable in response to an amount of a content thereof, and capable of being easily produced using a molding apparatus which is not largely different from a conventional type; and a threaded cap, and a manufacturing method for the double container assembly, wherein the double container assembly and the manufacturing method can form an external air introducing opening in the double container significantly easily and reliably at a lower processing cost than that in conventional techniques. During the course of moving a pair of partial molds to come close to each other so as to combine them together to make up a split mold, a portion of a parison corresponding to a small-outer-diameter region of a double container is clamped by at least respective parts of mating surfaces of the pair of partial molds, to thereby form a protruding tub piece. Then, the protruding tub piece is cut off to form a space between the outer and inner containers of the double container, and an opening area of the space is sufficiently expanded through an operation of threadingly engaging the cap with the double container.
