摘要： An ultrasonic sealing apparatus capable of being provided on a sealing jaw of a transverse sealing apparatus for a filling/packing machine, carrying out a suitably long transverse sealing operation or an elongated uniform heat sealing operation, being formed to small dimensions, and capable of outputting a large power. The ultrasonic sealing apparatus comprises one horn 11 having an elongated sealing surface 15 for sealing a packing material, plural converters 12 erected on the horn 11, and one or more not less than two fixtures 13 provided in parallel with the converters 12, positions in which the ultrasonic sealing apparatus 10 and sealing jaw are fixed to each other in the fixtures 13 being set on a nodal plane 26 farther from the sealing surface, and the horn 11 being provided with an attaching flange for fixing the ultrasonic sealing apparatus to the sealing jaw, which attaching flange may be set on a nodal plane closer to the sealing surface.

摘要： A machine for forming bags in so-called delta or quadrilateral arrangement. It comprises one pair of opposite situated welding jaws (5) arranged in a frame, which is movable between an upper position A and a lower position B along a distance equal to the length X of a bag. The jaws (5) are on their mutually facing sides provided by individual rectangular extensions linked to each other. The lateral surfaces of which constitute first and second welding surfaces of the jaws (5). The jaws (5) are coupled with arms (6) of a lever assembly mounted on a pivot (7) of a supporting frame for turning the jaws (5) between their extreme closed positions F and G. In the position F the corresponding first welding surfaces of both jaws (5) are situated in planes perpendicular to the planes of the corresponding second welding surfaces of both jaws (5) in the position G. Between the extensions of jaws (5) tubes (1) of packing material are disposed for passing therebetween.

摘要： An improved packaging container comprising a container body (30) and a lid (40) heat-sealed to the container body is proposed which is retortable and has a high peel strength and a good easy-openability. The heat-sealed portion is formed with a groove (41) having a sectional shape gradually deepening from its outer edge (42) toward its inner edge (43), the inner edge (43) extending in a smoothly curved line while the outer edge (42) extends in a zigzag line. This ensures high peel strength against the force applied from inside of the heat-sealed portion and a good easy-openablility from outside of it.

摘要： The method for welding profiled elements made of a plastic material, in particular PVC, comprises the steps of: preparing two profiled elements (3) made of a plastic material, arranged with respective zones to be welded (4) facing one another; heating the zones to be welded (4); before the heating step, the step of making a groove (19) in correspondence to a peripheral edge of each of the zones to be welded (4); coupling the zones to be welded (4) to one another, by pressing the profiled elements (3) against one another to keep the zones to be welded (4) in reciprocal contact, the step of coupling the zones to be welded (4) defining a sub-step of melting the zones to be welded (4) into one another to define a welding bead and comprising the sub-steps of: arranging pressing means (27, 28) in correspondence to the grooves (19) to define, in collaboration with the grooves (19), a containing compartment (19a) of the welding bead, the pressing means (27, 28) comprising: - a first work surface (62) having a protruding portion (63); and a second work surface (64) of final finishing; and displacing the pressing means (27, 28) alternately between: an idle position moved away from the profiled elements (3); a first work position wherein the first work surface (62) is abutted on the grooves (19) with the protruding portion (63) located inside the containing compartment (19a) to deviate the welding bead towards the side walls (61) of the containing compartment (19a); and a second work position wherein the second work surface (64) is abutted on the grooves (19) so as to obtain a finished welding bead.
