摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines dekorierten Wand- oder Bodenpaneels, aufweisend die Verfahrensschritte:
a) Bereitstellen einer ersten geschmolzenen Polymermasse und einer zweiten geschmolzenen Polymermasse;
b) Extrudieren der geschmolzenen Polymermassen, wobei insbesondere jede Polymermasse mit einem separaten Extruder extrudiert wird, wobei die geschmolzenen Polymermassen schichtweise übereinandergelegt werden,
c) Austreiben der schichtweise übereinandergelegten geschmolzenen Polymermassen durch eine Düse;
d) Kalibrieren der schichtweise übereinandergelegten geschmolzenen Polymermassen unter Ausbildung eines plattenförmigen Trägers aufweisend zumindest eine Trägerschicht umfassend die erste Polymermasse und eine die Trägerschicht kontaktierende siegelfähige Schicht umfassend die zweite Polymermasse. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung derart hergestellte plattenförmige Träger und Dekorpaneele, sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.

摘要： An apparatus for applying a mixture of two compounds and a method for forming a tire tread on a green tire carcass are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a first extruder (30) in fluid communication with a first gear pump (42) for processing a first compound; and a second extruder (60) in fluid communication with a first gear pump (44) for processing a second compound. The outlet of each gear pumps (42,44) are each in fluid communication with a channel of a nozzle (80). The two gear pumps are positionned in a single housing. The method comprises the steps of: providing a tire building drum having a green tire carcass thereon; applying a strip of a first base compound over a portion of the green tire carcass forming a first layer (100); applying a first tread cap layer (104) over the first layer; applying a strip of a second base compound over a second portion of the green tire carcass forming a second layer (108) of base compound forming a chimney (110); and applying a second tread cap layer (112) over the second layer.

摘要： A large concentric co-extrusion die (1) is described having a plurality of annular or conical die mandrel layers (201-205). Each layer is formed between a pair of adjacent annular or conical die mandrels (101-106) defining between them a flow path for molten thermoplastics material from an inlet to an annular extrusion outlet (110) through which a thermoplastics tubular extrusion is formed in use. Extrusion takes place through the multiple annular layer outlets (301-305) to form a multi-layered product. At least one layer (203) of the annular or conical die mandrels has a plurality of molten material inlets arranged around the external circumference of the co-extrusion die with each inlet being connected to a feed channel (403) which has plural bifurcations (403.1, 403.2, 403.3) providing 2n subsidiary outlet feed channels (503) where n is the number of bifurcations. Each subsidiary outlet feed channel being connected to a corresponding helical outlet channel (703).
