    • A method for producing a package closure (10) having a neck (18), a cap (19) and an axis (A), comprising the steps of a) by means of movable jaws (11, 12) and a tool core (14) forming the neck (18) with an outer thread (21 ) and the cap (19) with an inner thread (26), wherein an interior of the neck (18) is formed by an outer first tool core part (16), and wherein an interior of the cap (19) is formed by an inner second tool core part (17) and a third tool core part, the thread (26) of the cap (19) being formed by the third tool core part, b) removing the jaws (11, 12) from the formed package closure (10), c) axially displacing the second tool core part (17) in relation to the first tool core part (16) and thereby separating the cap (19) and the neck (18), d) axially displacing the third tool core part in relation to the second tool core part (17) and thereby disengaging the cap from the third tool core part while keeping the second tool core part (17) engaged with the cap (19), e) displacing the neck (18) axially in relation to the cap (19) and bringing the thread (26) of the cap (19) into engagement with the thread (21) of the neck (18) through an inherent flexibility of the package closure (10) to form a package closure having a cap (19) mounted on the neck (18), and f) displacing the package closure (10) in relation to the second tool core part (17) to disengage the package closure (10) from the tool core (14). The invention is also related to a device for production of the package closure (10). Disclosed is also the package closure (10) produced by the method.

    • The present invention relates to a closure cap for liquid containers, consisting of a cap skirt (2) running around a closure axis and of a top plate (1) which closes one end side of the cap skirt (2), while the opposite end side of the cap skirt (2) has a cap opening for receiving a container mouth, wherein the closure cap has engagement elements on the circumferential rim of its top plate (1) and on the circumferential rim of the cap opening, which engagement elements ensure an axial holding-together of two such closure caps by axially plugging the opening rim of one of the closure caps onto the rim of the top plate of the other closure cap. In order to provide a closure cap having the aforementioned features, which allows easy axial plugging-together of at least two such closure caps and also easy and safe detachment, and which nevertheless at the same time offers a sufficiently secure holding-together of the plugged-together closure caps, by which even a relatively large number of axially plugged-together closure caps hold together reliably, wherein the closure can be relatively easily produced by injection moulding and removed from the mould, it is proposed according to the invention that in each case at least one circumferential protrusion or a plurality of radial protrusions (5, 6) distributed around the circumference are provided both on the rim (4) of the top plate and on the opening rim (3), which protrusions define axial undercuts (12), wherein the at least one protrusion or the plurality of protrusions (5, 6) on at least one of the parts (rim of the top plate and/or opening rim) is or are provided on a web (7) which extends at least partially axially and in the circumferential direction and which is bendable in the radial direction.

    • Disclosed are a method and device for making a silicone rubber cupping appliance. The device includes: a nozzle, an internal mould core, a separable slide and blowing-demoulding unit. The separable slide includes at least two separable slide blocks, the separable slide and the internal mould core from a mould cavity between them for the formation of the silicone rubber cupping appliance. One end of the nozzle is connected to a channel for transporting liquid silicone rubber material and the other end is connected to the mould cavity. The blowing-demoulding unit is connected through the mould cavity via a blow duct opening which is set at the contact surface of the internal mould core and the mould cavity. The method comprises the following steps: preheating, cooling for protection, feeding material, vulmayizing and demoulding. The method and device take liquid silicone rubber as the raw material and employ a silicone rubber injection-vulcanization moulding technique, which may product a silicone rubber cupping appliance with high elasticity, high transparency and complex shape. The method and device are simple in procedure, wholly automatic, high in production efficiency, simple and fast in demoulding. There is no need for a dismounting washing unit during demoulding.
