摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Dekorteiles sowie ein solches Dekorteil, wobei das Dekorteil einen geschlossenen Querschnitt mit einer äußeren Sichtseite aufweist und insbesondere als Kranz eines Lenkrades ausgebildet ist. Das Dekorteil weist mindestens zwei entlang einer Verbindungsfuge (3) zu verbindende Trägerteile (4, 5) auf. Die Trägerteile (4, 5) werden derart auf Distanz zueinander gehalten, dass zwischen Kanten (8, 9, 23, 24) der Trägerteile (4, 5), die an der Verbindungsfuge (3) aneinander angrenzen, ein Spalt (10) gebildet ist. Die Trägerteile (4, 5) werden in mindestens zwei Formwerkzeughälften eingelegt. Die Formwerkzeughälften werden mit einem insbesondere transparenten Reaktionskunststoff derart ausgespritzt, dass der transparente Reaktionskunststoff in den Spalt (10) eindringt. Die auf Distanz zueinander gehaltenen Trägerteile (4, 5) werden derart aufeinander zu bewegt, dass sich der Spalt (10) schließt, solange der transparente Reaktionskunststoff noch flüssig ist. Die Trägerteile (4, 5) werden in dieser Position zumindest so lange gegeneinander fixiert, bis der transparente Reaktionskunststoff zur Bildung einer Klebenaht in der Verbindungsfuge (3) hinreichend ausgehärtet ist.

The hinge comprises: a first part (52) and a second part (54) connected together during moulding to allow relative pivotal movement between the parts. The second part is moulded over the first part after moulding of the first part to form an interface (68) between the second part and the first part at which relative pivotal movement is allowed. After moulding of the second part the second part shrinks in a controlled manner to provide a predetermined frictional force at the interface between the first part and the second part in order to resist said relative pivotal movement.

摘要： Provided are a push switch capable of effectively suppressing a position deviation or a wobble of a slider caused by errors of mold sizes as well as reducing mold cost, and a method of manufacturing the same.
The push switch includes a slider (3) which is supported by a tubular case (2) to reciprocate and is pushed to be operated. Contact inclined surfaces (33a to 36a) of contact convex portions (33 to 36) of the slider (3) come in contact with restriction inclined surfaces (22a to 25a) of restriction concave portions (22 to 25) of the tubular case (2), respectively, the slider (3) upon retreating is returned to a predetermined non-operation position. In addition, the slider (3) is molded by injection-molding a resin material having a higher thermal contraction coefficient and a lower melting temperature than the resin material of the tubular case (2) in a cavity using the tubular case (2) as a part of a mold. Therefore, each contact convex portion has a shape similar to and slightly smaller than a convex portion complementary to the respective restriction concave portion. An interval between the restriction inclined surfaces (22a and 23a) increases in a retreat direction and also increases in an inward direction of the restriction concave portions (22 and 23), which is substantially perpendicular to the retreat direction.
