摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Erwärmen einer Form (1), insbesondere einer Form (1) zum Herstellen einer Kunststoffhaut (2), wozu Kunststoffpulver (6) in die Form (1) gefüllt, in der Form (1) bis zum Anschmelzen und Ausschmelzen erwärmt und schließlich abgekühlt wird.
Der Kern der Erfindung besteht darin,

a) daß ein Heizbehälter (9) mit einem temperierten Wärmeträger (10) vorgesehen ist,
b) daß die Form (1) mit ihrer Außenseite (12) in einer lichten Öffnung (11) des Heizbehälters (3) angeordnet wird,
c) und daß der Heizbehälter (9) zusammen mit der Form (1) derart geschwenkt bzw. gedreht wird,
e) daß der Wärmeträger (10) die Außenseite (12) der Form (1) bedeckt und Wärme an die Form (1) überträgt.

摘要： The powder slush molding method comprises a melting step of forming a molten resin film on a mold surface of a heated slush mold: a powder removing step of removing unmelted powder slush material from the mold surface; a heat retaining step of hermetically sealing the mold surface for a predetermined period of time, allowing the adhered unmelted powder slush to be melted by the remaining heat of the slush mold; a cooling step of cooling the molten resin film; and a taking-out step of separating the film-like molding from the mold surface.
In the heat retaining step, the hermetic sealing of the mold surface can be effected by using a mold surface cover member (20) a powder sl ush material supply vessel, a feed material recovering vessel or the like.

摘要： A method for forming a 360 degree integral skin handle (30) in a thermoplastic part for use in automotive trim products includes the steps of forming a mold with a partial recess closed by a removable plug (54) and thereafter selectively directing heat from a first source through the mold and from a second source through the plug to form a completely closed, curved, heated tube surface and thereafter casting thermoplastic material against the curved, heated tube surface to fuse and cure a layer of material thereon in the form of a tube skin segment which is releasable from the mold when the plug is removed. Apparatus for practicing the method includes a mold with a recess therein and a plug is supported on the mold for movement into a position for closing the tube surface and into a demolding position for releasing the molded part. The article formed by the method and apparatus includes a shell of thermoplastic material which is fused and cured and which includes a generally planar segment having an integrally formed tubular segment thereon for defining the outer skin surface of a full 360 degree handle.

The system includes a computer interface, an extruder and a mold supported by a movable support unit, all in communication with a control unit. The extruder and support unit are activatable by the control unit to produce a customized item in accordance with the shape of the mold and design parameters associated with the customized item.
