Das Unterteil (1) weist im Übrigen außerhalb des Aufnahmeraumes eine ebene Unterseite auf, die zumindest teilweise zur Ausübung einer Mitnahmewirkung auf das Schnittgut eingerichtet ist. Das Küchengerät weist einen einfachen konstruktiven Aufbau auf und ermöglicht eine zuverlässige Erfassung des Schnittgutes bei jedem Schneidvorgang.
