摘要： The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a strip having a variable thickness along the length thereof, wherein said method comprises the following steps: - uniform cold rolling of the initial strip along the length thereof to obtain an intermediate strip having a constant thickness in the direction of rolling; - flexible cold rolling of the intermediate strip along the length thereof to obtain a strip (4) having a variable thickness having, along the length thereof, first areas (7) having a first thickness (e+s) and second areas (10) having a second thickness (e), less than the first thickness (e+s), - process annealing of the strip (4). The plastic deformation rate, after optional process annealing, resulting from the steps of uniform cold rolling and flexible cold rolling in the first areas (7) is greater than or equal to 30%.

摘要： The present invention relates to a roll (26) for rolling a long semifinished article (18). The roll is rotatable about an axis of rotation (r) and comprises: a groove (44) able to reproduce a nominal arc (h) of the outer profile of the semifinished article; and a groove plane (π) which intersects, perpendicularly with respect to the axis of rotation, the roll along its smaller section. The roll is asymmetrical with respect to the groove plane (π). The invention also relates to a rolling station (22) and a continuous rolling mill (20) which comprise a plurality of such rolls. 摘要： A method and a device for adjusting the screw-down locations of rolling rolls. In the method, the wall thickness of a rolled material is measured at the position thereof corresponding to the groove bottom part of each rolling roll, a deviation between each measured wall thickness and a target wall thickness determined by a rolling schedule is calculated, and the screw-down location of each rolling roll is adjusted based on each calculated deviation to properly adjust the screw-down location. Also, since the wall thickness of the rolled material is measured at both positions thereof corresponding to portions deviated from the groove bottom part to both flange part sides of each rolling roll and, based on the deviation of both measured values, the screw-down location of each rolling roll is adjusted, the screw-down location can be properly adjusted in actual even when the screw-down location of each rolling roll is considered to be apparently appropriate. Thus, the device can be widely used as a means for adjusting the screw-down location of each rolling roll forming a three-roll mandrel mill.
