    • A valve assembly including a housing with an internally projecting lip that seals against an outer surface of a valve stem inserted through it. A gas inlet is provided above the lip and a liquid inlet is provided below the lip. The lip thus ensures that a gas flow path and a liquid flow path are kept separate until the valve stem is moved to an open position, at which point a liquid inlet hole in the stem is brought into communication with the liquid inlet in the housing and a gas inlet hole in the stem is brought into communication with the gas inlet in the housing for the fluids mix in an outlet conduit in the stem. The arrangement means that there is no contact between the liquid and a sealing gasket, thereby avoiding swelling of the gasket that can cause the stem to stick.

    • A fluid spraying gun of the present invention includes: a tube-shape guide 31, on which a brush 34 extending forward is implanted; a nozzle 27, which is formed of a flexible pipe member with a front end thereof as a free end, and sprays one portion of gas, which is supplied from the flow separation portion 25 and passes through the nozzle, toward the brush 34 from the front end thereof, while the nozzle undergoes the gyrating motion guided by the tube-shape guide 31; an inner nozzle 45, which sprays gas which has passed through a flow rate adjustment portion 37 from a tip portion thereof; and a liquid distribution pipe 50, which penetrates the tube-shape guide 31, links an inside of the tube-shape guide 31 with a liquid supply source 12, has an intermediate portion into which the inner nozzle 45 is inserted in a state where the inner nozzle is directed toward the tube-shape guide 31, and draws up liquid from the liquid supply source 12 by a negative pressure arising from spraying of gas by the inner nozzle 45 to cause spraying of liquid on the inside of the tube-shape guide 31. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fluid spraying gun in which a liquid with an adequate flow rate can be mixed with a gas, converted into minute drops and sprayed.
