摘要： A cosmetic treatment method includes: applying, to skin or hair, an external preparation including a predetermined active ingredient and a base, and at least one of the active ingredient and the base contains fine water that is uncharged and has a particle size of less than or equal to 50 nanometers. Therefore, the applied fine water enters the skin or hair to contribute to maintenance of moisturization, and at the same time, forms a route through which the active ingredient permeates, thereby promoting the permeation of the active ingredient; therefore, the permeability of the active ingredient can be more appropriately improved.

摘要： Aerosols can be created by filament stretching and breaking of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids by applying a strain to and stretching the fluid. The fluid is stretched along a strain pathway and forms a fluid filament. The fluid filament is caused to break into droplets that can be harvested to form a mist or aerosol. Such a system for aerosol creation can include a pair of counter-rotating rollers (100, 102) that are positioned adjacent to each other that stretch the fluid or a pair of pistons (200, 202) that move toward and away from each other to stretch the fluid.

摘要： The spray head (104) of the apparatus comprises a motor (16) of which the vertical hollow shaft (12) is secured, at its lower end, to a centrifugal ejection disc (11). The substance to be sprayed, coming from a tank (106) via a metering pump (107), passes through the hollow shaft (12) to expand as a layer on the lower surface of the disc forming a centrifugal ejection face. Means are provided to vibrate the peripheral edge of the disc and thus control the spraying of the substance, in particular its particle size. A fan (124) and a distributor (109) form a gaseous treatment flow (111) which meets the droplets and entrains them to a collection zone (112), thereby solidifying them by drying or coagulation. Typically, the substance is a mixture of at least one active ingredient and a microencapsulation component. Use in particular for obtaining very fine and/or very homogeneous particle sizes, for manufacturing powders intended for agro-food, nutritional, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and fine chemistry applications. The head can be used separately for producing aerosols.

This results in very rapid precipitation, coprecipitation or a chemical reaction in which microparticles or nanonparticles are produced. In order to provide an apparatus that can perform solvent/non-solvent precipitation in such a way as to produce particles that are as small as possible and are largely unaffected by Ostwald ripening in the resulting dispersion, the invention proposes connecting a spray-drying unit (7) to the reactant outlet and providing a control circuit (11) to optimise and maintain the operating parameters of the spray-drying unit (7).
