摘要： A process for preparing a coloured stearate or stearic acid based preparation comprising the steps of: i) high speed dry mixing a stearate or stearic acid based powder and colour agent, until the colour of the mixture is homogeneous, ii) friction blending the mixture prepared by step i) at a temperaturre sufficient to allow the particles of colour agent to combine with the particles of the stearate or stearic acid powder so as to form a compounded preparation, and until said preparation has attained the desired colour intensity.

The main body (2) of this apparatus has a material-feeding port (3) at one side and a material-discharging port (4) at another side, and the material-feeding port (3) and the material-discharging port (4) are connected to pipes in which a material to be treated flows, respectively. Between the material-feeding port (3) and the material-discharging port (4), a dispersion chamber is formed. In this dispersion chamber, a treatment gap (21) which contains dispersion media (10) is formed by an outer stator (18) and an inner stator (20). A rotor (24) is inserted in the treatment gap, and by this rotor (24), the dispersion media (10) are circulated to the inner and outer faces of the rotor. On the inner stator (20) located at the inner side of the rotor (24,26), a flow-out port is formed, and a screen (32) is formed so as to prevent the dispersion media from flowing out. The material to be treated enters the dispersion chamber from the material-feeding port, and preliminarily dispersed in the dispersion chamber, and then flows in a pipeline through the material-discharging port.

Durch Antrieb der Welle 3 oder dergleichen in der einen Drehrichtung werden die Rührflügel 10 selbsttätig eingeklappt, während sie durch Antrieb der Welle 4 oder dergleichen in der anderen Richtung ebenfalls selbsttätig ausgeklappt werden.
