    • A pipeline beads mill having a structure such that secondary agglomerates are not deposited in a pipeline for transferring a slurry and a preliminary dispersion can be made during the transfer of slurry. On the inner stator (20) located at the inner side of the rotor (24,26), a flow-out port is formed, and a screen (32) is formed so as to prevent the dispersion media from flowing out. The material to be treated enters the dispersion chamber from the material-feeding port, and preliminarily dispersed in the dispersion chamber, and then flows in a pipeline through the material-discharging port.

    • Die Vorrichtung weist einen als Stator ausgebildeten äusseren Zerkleinerungsorganring (1) in Form eines Zylinders auf, an dessen Mantel (3) etwa senkrecht bezüglich der Mittelachse (M) ausgerichtete Schlitze (5) angeordnet sind, während das als Rotor ausgebildete innere Zerkleinerungsorgan (2) zwei Flügel (18) auf­weist, deren Stirnflächen als Messerschneiden ausgebil­det sind. Um die Leistung der Vorrichtung zu erhöhen, ohne eine grössere Rotorgeschwindigkeit zu benötigen, ist um den Stator (1) ein äusserer Ring (5) mit Schlit­zen (6) mittels Schrauben derart befestigt, dass er auf und ab, eventuell auch drehend bewegbar ist, wodurch vor allem die Breite der Schlitze verstellt, bzw. verengt werden kann. Dadurch ergibt sich, bei gleich bleibender Rotorleistung, eine höhere Austrittsgeschwindigkeit der Flüssigkeit und somit ein höherer Wirkungsgrad.
