摘要： A drive mechanism for a mixing apparatus is disclosed. The drive mechanism comprises a) a set of teeth (254) defining a circular path on an inner circumference of a vessel (252) characterized by an internal volume not exceeding 100 ml; b) a toothed wheel (270) characterized by an axis, the wheel adapted to engage said set of teeth and to rotate about the axis; and c) an actuator adapted to provide a force which causes the toothed wheel to advance along the circular path. A method of mixing components of a viscous mixture is also disclosed. The method comprises a) placing the components in a mixing well characterized by an inner volume of not more than 100 ml; b) deploying at least one planetary mixing element and a central mixing element in the mixing well; and c) operating a manual drive mechanism to cause the planetary mixing element to both rotate about its own axis and revolve around the central mixing element in order to mix the components to form a mixture.

摘要： The invention is directed to a high pressure fluid processing device for shearing particles in a fluid mixture. The fluid processing device makes use of annular flow paths. For example, a fluid mixture can be separated into two flow paths (25, 26) which are introduced to first and second annular flow paths (33, 34) on opposite sides of a flow path cylinder. The two annular flow paths flow toward one another through the cylinder, and meet one another within the cylinder. An outlet (36) extends through the cylinder where the two annular flow paths collide allowing the fluid mixture flowing down the annular flow paths to be expelled through the gap.

The shaft (13) carries removing means to remove crystals of iced solution from the external surface of the cooling drum (11), including a scraping element (15) and a conveying element (16) connected together. A granita stirring vane (22), being rotated around an axis (y') by a second geared motor (23) housed in the same cover (3) is dependent inside the bowl (2).

摘要： The invention relates to methods and devices for the process-attendant cleaning of micro- and mini-reactors for controlled process management and for avoiding blockages on carrying out chemical reactions and physical processes. The invention is characterised in that the micro- or mini-reactor is cleaned by means of a controlled pressure increase with a subsequent sudden release or with a gas pressure surge in a cyclical manner or using a controller. Wall deposits formed from solid material(s) involved in the chemical synthesis or the physical process are thus almost completely removed such that, after the cleaning procedure, the initial operating pressure can be set in the micro- or mini-reactor. A blockage of the micro- or mini-reactor can thus be avoided and the transferring of said production method to the production scale with micro- or mini-reactors is possible for the first time. The above is particularly true for reactions in which educts in the form of suspensions are used and/or solid products arise, such as in the production of azo dyes, for example.
