摘要： A training device includes an information outputter, an exercise status detector, an arithmetic processor, and a stimulus signal generator. The information outputter includes at least one of an image output unit and an audio output unit. The exercise status detector includes a body portion, a first grip portion and a second grip portion provided on the body portion, and sensors that detect a motion of the body portion. The arithmetic processor issues training action instruction information through the information outputter, and evaluates a matching degree between the contents of the training action instruction information and the motion of the body portion, based on output signals from the sensors of the exercise status detector. The stimulus signal generator applies a stimulus signal to the arm of a trainee.

In the method, a first sensing data is detected by using the at least one sensor. A plurality of second sensing data is respectively received from the plurality of sensing devices by using the communication device. The first sensing data and each of the second sensing data are analyzed to obtain a moving pattern of the electronic apparatus and each of the sensing devices. A position on a user's body of each of the sensing devices is detected by comparing the moving patterns with at least one movement model.

摘要： Training at the proper level of effort is important for athletes whose objective is to achieve the best results in the least time. In running, for example, pace is often monitored. However, pace alone does not reveal specific issues with regard to running form, efficiency, or technique, much less inform how training should be modified to improve performance or fitness. A sensing system and wearable sensor platform described herein provide real-time feedback to a user/wearer of his power expenditure during an activity. In one example, the system includes an inertial measurement unit (IMU) for acquiring multi-axis motion data at a first sampling rate, and an orientation sensor to acquire orientation data at a second sampling rate that is varied based on the multi-axis motion data.

The minimal protocol is determined by data mining of a more extensive movement and data collection. Protocols are relevant in medical, sports and occupational applications. Kinematic, kinetic, body type, Electromyography (EMG), Ground Reactive Force (GRF), demographic, and psychological data are encompassed. Resulting protocols are capable of transforming raw data representing specific human motions into an objective rating of a skill or capability related to those motions.
