摘要： A gas ventilation mask includes an anesthesia nasal mask and a mouth mask defining respectively a nasal chamber and an oral chamber, detachably connected to one another so that the nasal mask and the mouth mask may be used either separately as a nasal mask or as a mouth mask, or as a combination nasal-mouth mask. Also provided is a mask anchor for holding a face mask on a patient, includes a head support for engaging a back of a patient's head, a posterior head strap that originates from behind the patient's head, in contact with the patient's head and attaches either directly or indirectly to the mask when the mask is on the patient's face, wherein the strap can be tightened to create a seal to allow for positive pressure ventilation or left loose and for providing supplement oxygen. Also provided is an anesthesia mask strap system having a first expandable strap portion having the ability to extend; second and third non-expandable strap sections fixed to ends of the first expandable strap section; and an adhesion section for fixing a length of the strap system when the second and third non-expandable strap sections are pulled to tension the expandable strap section.

摘要： A helmet for anesthesia, adapted to keep confined anesthetic gases and to administer them in a non-invasive fashion to a patient laying on an operating table, allowing to provide oxygen and/or anesthetic gases through tubes and fast access to the patient's head in case of emergency is described. The helmet has a lower half-shell and an upper half-shell, the lower half-shell being anatomically shaped to receive and support the nape and the neck of the laying patient, the upper half-shell and the lower half-shell having fastening means for fastening one to the other and being configured to be fitted one to the other and to the neck or torso of the patient to form a substantially airtight enclosure for enclosing head of the patient, at least one inlet port for gas supply and at least one outlet port for gas evacuation being on the lower half-shell and/or the upper half-shell.

摘要： An apparatus (100,200) for the removal of nitrous oxide in a gas stream (101,201) containing nitrous oxide which is derived from exhalation air and present in the gas stream in a concentration supporting exothermic decomposition of nitrous oxide. 摘要： A respiratory mask for a medical patient including a shell and a flow coupling is disclosed. The shell includes an upper portion configured to cover a nose of the patient and a lower portion configured to cover a mouth of the patient, where an internal surface of the shell defines an interior volume of the respiratory mask. The flow coupling includes a body, a supply flow passage extending through the flow coupling, a scavenging flow passage extending through the flow coupling, and a septum within the body that separates the supply flow passage from the scavenging flow passage. The supply flow passage and the scavenging flow passage are fluidly coupled to an aperture that extends through the upper portion of the shell, and an aperture extending through the lower portion of the shell, respectively.
