摘要： The system comprises an intracavity device with an insertable portion having on its outer surface a sensor module which comprises at least a sensor of temperature, humidity or both; a second group of sensors comprising at least a volume sensor, a pressure sensor or both, wherein the fluid flows through the volume and/or pressure sensors; a fluid insufflation module; and a monitoring and control of the homeostasis module connected to the sensor module and to the second group of sensors and which comprises a processing unit.
The method comprises insufflating fluid into the cavity, to maintain a working volume and maintain the homeostasis of the cavity in a continuous manner, in particular the distensibility, temperature and humidity.

摘要： Disclosed is multi-flow filter cartridge assembly that includes an elongated housing that has axially opposed proximal and distal ends and defines an interior cavity and first, second and third flow paths which extend from the proximal end of the housing to the distal end. The cartridge assembly also includes first, second and third filter elements. 摘要： A system for insufflation and recirculation of insufflation fluid in a surgical procedure. The system includes a control unit having a fluid pump, a supply conduit, a return fluid conduit and a pressure-controlled valve. 摘要： Topical exposure of nitric oxide gas to wounds may promote healing of the wound and prepare the wound bed for further treatment and recovery. Nitric oxide gas may be used, to reduce the microbial infection, manage exudate secretion, upregulate expression of endogenous collagenase to locally debride the wound, and regulate the formation of collagen. Additionally, exposure to the high concentration for a first treatment period reduces the microbial burden and inflammation at the wound site and increase collagenase expression to debride necrotic tissue at the wound site. After a first treatment period with high concentration of nitric oxide, a second treatment period at a lower concentration of nitric oxide may be provided to induce collagen expression aiding in the closure of the wound.
