摘要： The invention (variants) relates to the field of medicine, pharmacology, biotechnology, molecular biology and genetic engineering, and may be used for analgesia. A proposed DNA plasmid for transient expression in mammalian cells, consists of a framework, containing prokaryotic and eukaryotic elements, and of a polynucleotide, which encodes human alpha defensin HNP-1, or HNP-2, or HNP-3 (variants). Additionally proposed are a producer of such a DNA plasmid, said producer being based on a bacterial cell (variants), and an analgesic agent based thereon for application in mammals, and specifically humans (variants). The technical result from using the variants of the invention is expressed in broadening the spectrum of analgesic agents, in increasing the duration of analgesia, in increasing the safety of analgesia, and in simplifying and reducing the cost of producing an analgesic.

To provide a therapeutic agent for infections comprising certain substances together with 15K granulysin, which has characteristics different from antibiotics and no cytotoxicity, to which bacteria can hardly acquire resistance, and shows stronger bactericidal effect against Mycobacterium tuberculosis than an agent comprising 15K granulysin by itself.
(Means for solving problems)
The present invention provides a therapeutic agent for infections comprising as active ingredient: a combination of 15K granulysin and 15K granulysin in vivo expression vector, a combination of 15K granulysin and at least one interleukin selected from IL-6, IL-23 or IL-27, a combination of 15K granulysin in vivo expression vector and at least one interleukin selected from IL-6, IL-23 or IL-27, or a combination of 15K granulysin in vivo expression vector and HSP65DNA and IL-12DNA in vivo expression vector, which enhances killing effects on bacteria and has less side effect, and to which bacteria can hardly acquire resistance.

摘要： Methods of stimulating or enhancing an immune response in a host are disclosed. The methods include contacting a monocyte with 15 kD granulysin thereby producing a monocyte-derived dendritic cell. In one example, the method further includes contacting the monocyte or monocyte-derived dendritic cell with a target antigen, such as a tumor antigen or an autoimmune antigen. In another embodiment, the method includes contacting the monocyte with an additional agent that enhances maturation of dendritic cells or induces immunological tolerance. The methods are of use in vivo, in vitro and ex vivo. In another aspect, the disclosure relates to compositions and methods for the treatment of tumors.
