摘要： The present invention relates to safety delivery systems for intracameral administration of an appropriate dose of cefuroxime subsequent to cataract and other eye surgery. A preferred embodiment of an cefuroxime safety delivery system according to the invention comprises (a) a perforable sterile vial sterile-filled with a measured amount of cefuroxime, (b) a reconstitution syringe with a male luer fitting sterile-filled with 0.1 ml of isotonic salt solution per mg cefuroxime in the perforable vial and a vial adapter with a female luer fitting or one or more needles with female luer fitting, and (c) one or more sterilized delivery syringes with male luer fitting, each delivery syringe being capable of holding at least 0.1 ml of ejectable liquid and containing a marking indicating a fill volume of 0.1 ml of ejectable liquid.

摘要： In one general aspect, a system for aseptically filling a tray of pharmaceutical containers with a pharmaceutical product is disclosed, which consists of an aseptic chamber, one or more articulated arms within the chamber, a sensor aseptically disposed with respect to the chamber, and a controller. The controller determines the locations of openings of the containers based on the image information from the sensor, and automatically guides one of the arms to fill the containers with the product. In order to obtain suitable contrast for accurately identifying the openings, an illuminator illuminates the tray with substantially collimated light. The sensor images the tray and containers using collimated light reflected from a reflective surface such as a retroreflector under the tray. To this end, the sensor may be disposed at a large enough distance from the retroreflector to collect largely the retroreflected light, or the sensor may employ a telecentric lens or a Fresnel lens. Further articulated arms move the tray and stopper the containers.

A cartridge for a freeze-dry product is mounted in the administration holder 2, and a cartridge for solvent is mounted in the coupling holder 3. When the administration holder 2 is pushed, the double-ended needle assembly 5 slides. When one of the needle points unseals the cartridge for freeze-dry product, the other needle point of the double-ended needle assembly 5 lightly prick the cartridge for the solvent, and the other needle point unseals the cartridge for solvent by a further sliding movement of the double-ended needle assembly 5.

The reversely pressed medicinal xiding vial comprises a vial body whose inner wall is a straight cylinder. A first piston is disposed on a position close to the vial opening of the vial body. A blind hole is disposed at the center of an outer bottom surface of the first piston. The vial opening is provided with an outer edge, and a seal cap is fixed on the out edge to prevent the first piston from falling off. In combination with the dispensing apparatus and the injection apparatus thereof, the medicinal xiding vial can solve the problem of secondary pollution during medicine dispensing and injection. The present invention is applicable to a city hospital, and is also widely applicable to a place with poor sanitary conditions such as a mountain area or countryside, and is further applicable to an open country, a ship, a battlefield, and a disaster area.
