摘要： A stretcher having a fixture fixable to the floor of an automobile by easily adjusting it even if the automobile on which the stretcher is placed is changed when the stretcher is placed on the automobile for carrying a patient and a lifter placed on the stretcher and having an easily openable shielding plate stretched thereon. The stretcher (100) comprises an upper frame (11) for placing the lifter on the upper part thereof, a fitting groove (14) for fixing the lifter at the front end part of the upper frame (11), and a C-shaped hook fixing the lifter to the rear end part thereof. An adjustable lock supporter (26) comprising a constant load spring (16) and a pin lock mechanism fixing the vertically moved upper frame (11) at any position and engaged with a lock piece for fixing the stretcher installed on the floor surface of the automobile is fitted to a slide mechanism vertically moving the position of the upper frame (11). Also, the easily openable shielding plate allowed to place on the stretcher is stretched on the lifter.

摘要： An ambulance cot loading and unloading apparatus includes a base for mounting to an emergency vehicle deck and an arm mounted for linear movement along the base, which is configured for engaging an ambulance cot. A drive mechanism is provided for raising the arm, which is configured in the presence of an applied force with a first magnitude on the arm to raise the arm at a first speed and in the presence of an applied force on the arm with a second magnitude greater than the first magnitude to raise the arm at another speed or speeds lower than the first speed.

摘要： An ambulance cot loading and unloading device which utilizes an elongate guide track configured for mounting to a floor surface of a cargo area on the ambulance. A trolley is supported for movement relative to the guide track and has an elongate boom. The ambulance cot has a powered collapsible and extendable base and a patient support deck mounted on the base. A connection mechanism is provided on the trolley and the ambulance cot which is configured to interconnect and securely hold the ambulance cot on the trolley.

摘要： A patient support 2, such as a stretcher or chair, is secured to a support 8, which may be fixed to the ground or may include wheels for engaging with spaced rails, by means of a securing apparatus. The securing apparatus includes a lock arrangement on the support 8. In use, the lock arrangement secures a part of a patient support. The lock arrangement includes a first path and a second path that extend in different directions. The first part is able to enter both paths by relative movement between the stretcher and support in the direction of the first path followed by the second path. When the part is in the second path, a lock is moveable from a first, open, position to a second, closed, position. When the part is in the second path and the lock is in the closed position, the lock prevents the return of the part back along the first path.
