摘要： The present invention aims to provide a wearing article improved so that front and rear waist belts is formed with non-contractile region but elastic members would not stick out and the wearer' skin would not be caught by this non-contractile region as the prior art has been the case.

On non-contractile regions 35, these elastic members 18 do neither overlap graphics on respective heat-sealable sheets 16, 17 and nor exert contractile force thereon. The non-contractile regions 35 are formed by leaving between inner and outer sheets 12, 13 as well as between inner and outer sheets 14, 15 not coated with adhesive in respective middles of the front and rear waist belt members 5, 6 as viewed in a transverse direction X and cutting the waist elastic members 18 attached under tension in the respective middles of the waist belt members 5, 6. Along the ends 21, 22 of the non-contractile regions 35 on the side of the crotch member 7, the inner and outer sheets 12, 13 as well as the inner and outer sheets 14, 15 are respectively joined to each other by means of heat sealing technique so as to form the joint zones 36.

A disposable pants-type diaper has the innermost sheet member (21) interposed between a liquid-pervious inner sheet (23) covering a bodily fluid-absorbent structure (22) and the diaper's skin. The innermost sheet member (21) is formed with a front opening (31) and a rear opening (32) communicating with a body waste retaining space (25) defined between the inner sheet (23) and the innermost sheet member (21). A portion of the innermost sheet member (21) extending between these two openings (31, 32) is folded and joined together in a pair of joints arranged on a vertical center line (P-P) of the diaper and extends downward toward the inner sheet (23) to form a separator. The pant also includes an absorbent core, side seams connecting the front body panel to the back body panel, a pair of leg openings and hanging legs.
