摘要： The present invention relates to an intervertebral disc prosthesis for the total replacement of an intervertebral disc of the cervical or lumbar spine. The prosthesis provided by the invention is intended for coupled physiological motion within the disc space. The design of the disclosed prosthesis is based on an inlay positioned within the articulation area of two adjacent sliding partners and provides the advantage of comprising a ball-and socket shaped articulation area, which enables limitation of rotation around the sagittal, frontal and longitudinal axis. The inlay is protected against luxation due to its position within a recess of one of the adjacent sliding partners. An additional protuberance going through the inlay is protecting against luxation of the adjacent sliding partners.

eine Gelenkpfanne (3), in welche die Gelenkkugel (2) setzbar ist, derart, dass die Gelenkpfanne (3) Verschwenkbewegungen ausführen kann, und
einen am Polbereich der Gelenkpfanne (3) angeordneten Adapter (4) zur Herstellung einer dauerhaften, aber lösbaren Verbindung mit einer Femurstielendoprothese.

Das so erstellte Hüftgelenk ist fehlertolerant gegen etwaige Ungenauigkeiten während der Implantation bezüglich der relativen Lagen der Teile zueinander.

Die erste Prothesenhälfte (1) verfügt über einen im wesentlichen kugelförmigen Kopf (2), der zum Zusammenfügen mit der zweiten Prothesenhälfte (10) mit diametral gegenüberliegenden Abflachungen (3b) versehen ist. Die zweite Prothesenhälfte (10) weist eine im wesentlichen kugelkalottenförmig ausgestaltete Pfanne (11) auf, deren Höhe grösser als der Kugalradius ist und die mit einem Ausschnitt zum Zusammenfügen der beiden Prothesenhälften (1, 10) in einer Montagestellung versehen ist. Zum Zusammenfügen werden die beiden Prothesenhälften (1, 10) in die Montagestellung ausgerichtet und nach dem Zusammenfügen in eine Wirkstellung gebracht, indem die eine gegenüber der anderen Prothesenhälfte (1, 10) verdreht wird. 摘要： The present invention is intended for providing a solution to the aseptic loosening problem resulting from the utilization, for a certain period of time, of total joint prostheses, lowering the pressure inside the joint capsule and draining the joint fluid comprising particles outside the joint capsule. Thus, it relates to a drainage system comprising a canal outlet starting from the articulation surface. This high pressure joint fluid with particles causing the loosening is drained from the capsule to the outside of the bone by means of the drainage path starting from this canal outlet, continuing in the prosthesis and the bone, and opening to the outer surface of the bone. In addition, the system also comprises a silicone tube mounted to the canal outlet of the prosthesis by using the canal disposed in the bone. The silicone tube is placed inside the fatty porous tissue located between the muscle groups outside the bone and the joint fluid is discharged into this area through this canal system by drainage.
