A method of operating such a dishwasher (100) comprises the steps of automatically detecting what type of washing basket (140) is placed in the dishwasher, and then controlling the water pressure and granule addition according to what washing basket was detected. 摘要： Bei einer programmgesteuerten Geschirrspülmaschine, insbesondere bei einem Spülautomaten für den Labor- und Krankenhausbereich, der zum programmgesteuerten Reinigen, Desinfizieren und Trocknen von Spülgut, wie Atemschläuche, OP-Instrumente und dgl. einen für die Behandlung im türverschlossenen Spülraum des Automaten speziellen Einsatzwagen oder separaten Spülgutkorb aufweist, trägt jeder Wagen oder Korb einen Magnetschlüssel, dessen Magnetisierung das Spülprogramm für das geladene Spülgut bestimmt. Der Magnetschlüssel am Einsatzwagen oder Spülgutkorb ist als Magnetleiste aus mehreren Permanentmagneten in einer änderbaren Einzelpolaritätsausrichtung (Nord-Süd/ Süd-Nord) ausgebildet. Durch einen Wechsel der Magnetpolarität können die Einsatzwagen einfach auf bestimmte Reinigungsprogramme eingestellt werden, wobei pro Wagen oder Korb gleiche Magnetschlüssel mehrfach nutzbar sind. Durch den Einsatz von Magnetsensoren, welche gezielt Polaritätsausrichtungen der Magnetschlüssel erkennen können, ist sichergestellt, daß kein falsches Programm durch einen Korb oder Wagen angewählt wird. Hierdurch ist eine große Sicherheit für das aufzubereitende Spülgut gegeben.

A feature of the basket (1) is that each recess (6) comprises a substantially horizontal lower side (6a) and two vertical sides (6c, 6d), which are mutually opposite and substantially orthogonal to said lower side (6a) and spaced apart by a first distance (D') comprised between 10% and 30% of the total length (L) of said sidewall (3).
