摘要： Subject of the present invention is a perforated lid for cooking foods provided with a deflector element placed in correspondence of holes, equipped with a device which allows adjustment of the distance between the deflector element and the outer surface of the lid, in function of the temperature reached by the cooking container and by the lid; said spacer allowing to the deflector element to remain adhering to the external surface of the perforated lid up to the reaching of a pre-established temperature, to take distance from the surface of the lid when said temperature is exceeded, moving away more and more with increasing temperature and to return to the original position with the decreasing temperature.

摘要： The invention relates to a deep fat fryer comprising a container with an open top side and an inner side wall for containing a cooking fluid, a cover (1) for at least partly closing off the top side of the container, and a condense collector (10) for collecting condense present on an inner face (17, 12) of the cover (1). The cover is mounted on the container by means of a hinging connection (9) which enables a movement of the cover (1) between an at least partly open position in which the container is accessible from outside and a closed position in which the container is closed off. The hinging connection (9) is formed by a first hinge part (19) which is connected to the cover (1) and a second hinge part (29) which is connected to the container and hingedly connected to the first hinge part (19), the condense collector (10) being located at the hinge (9) so that condense present on the inner face (12, 17) of the cover flows down towards the condense collector (10) when the cover (1) is in the open position. The condense collector (10) protrudes inwardly from the inner side wall of the container for being heated during cooking and is closed off from the interior of the container by the cover (1) when in the closed position.
