摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sicherheitsbriefkasten mit geringer Einbautiefe, der sich insbesondere für die Integration in Haustüren eignet, jedoch auch als Auf- oder Unterputzbriefkasten, als freistehender Briefkasten oder als Schlüsselbriefkasten für Autohäuser eingesetzt werden kann. Der Briefkasten weist einen kastenförmigen Einwurfschacht (2), ein unterhalb des Einwurfschachts (2) angeordnetes Auffangfach (5), das zum Aufnehmen des eingeworfenen Postguts (8) dient, und eine Umhausung (1) auf, die sowohl den Einwurfschacht als auch das Auffangfach umschließt. Der Einwurfschacht (2) ist mittels einer Lagereinrichtung (7) derart an der Umhausung (1) befestigt, dass er zwischen zwei Endpositionen (geöffnet und geschlossen) schwenkbar ist. Der Briefkasten zeichnet sich gegenüber herkömmlichen Briefkästen dadurch aus, dass das eingeworfene Postgut zuverlässig vor einem unbefugten Zugriff und vor Witterungsseinsflüssen geschützt ist. Zudem ermöglicht er einen frontalen Einwurf des Postguts, ohne dass dieses beim Einwurf geknickt wird. Das Briefkastensystem ist aus mehreren modular aneinanderreihbaren Briefkästen aufgebaut.
