The case module and the controlling method thereof control the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the DC motor (200) and have the cover (210) open and close according to the rotation of the DC motor (200) by use of the driving circuit such that the inconvenience of having to manually open and close the cover (210) is eliminated.

The platform may comprise an inner portion flexibly coupled to an outer portion via a gasket disposed on at least a portion of a bottom surface of the inner portion. The compact may have an open position and a closed position. In the closed position, the cover may apply a downward force on the inner portion, compressing the gasket against the sifter and creating a seal to isolate the loose powder.
