    • The disclosure discloses a Cassegrain-type metamaterial antenna, including: a metamaterial main reflector having a central through-hole, a feed source disposed in the central through-hole, and a sub-reflector disposed in front of the feed source, where an electromagnetic wave radiated by the feed source is emerged in a form of a plane wave after being reflected by the sub-reflector and the metamaterial main reflector in sequence; the metamaterial main reflector includes: a first core layer and a first reflection layer disposed on a rear surface of the first core layer, where the first core layer includes at least one first core layer lamella, and the first core layer lamella includes: a first base material and multiple first conductive geometric structures disposed on the first base material; and a far focus of the sub-reflector coincides with a phase center of the feed source. According to the Cassegrain-type metamaterial antenna in the disclosure, a conventional paraboloid is replaced with a lamellar metamaterial main reflector, which allows for easier manufacturing and processing and lower costs.

    • The present invention discloses an offset feed satellite television antenna, including a metamaterial panel that is set behind a feed, where the metamaterial panel includes a core layer and a reflective panel, the core layer includes at least one core layer sheet layer, the core layer sheet layer includes a sheet-shaped substrate and a plurality of artificial microstructures that are set on the substrate, the core layer sheet layer is divisible into a plurality of strip regions according to refractive index profile, refractive indexes at a same radius that uses a specific point as a circle center in the plurality of strip regions are the same and the refractive index decreases gradually with increase of the radius in each strip region, and, among two adjacent strip regions, a minimum value of the refractive index of a strip region located at an inner side is less than a maximum value of the refractive index of a strip region located at an outer side. According to the offset feed satellite television antenna of the present invention, the sheet-shaped metamaterial panel replaces a traditional paraboloidal antenna, manufacturing and processing are easier, and costs are lower. In addition, the present invention further provides a satellite television receiving system that has the offset feed satellite television antenna.

    • The present disclosure relates to a metamaterial for diverging an electromagnetic wave, which comprises at least one metamaterial sheet layer. Refractive indices of the metamaterial sheet layer are distributed in a circular form with a center of the metamaterial sheet layer, and the refractive indices remain unchanged at a same radius and increase gradually with the radius. The present disclosure changes electromagnetic parameters at each point of the metamaterial through punching or by attaching man-made microstructures so that the electromagnetic wave can be diverged after passing through the metamaterial. The metamaterial of the present disclosure features a simple manufacturing process and a low cost, and is easy to be implemented. Moreover, the metamaterial of the present disclosure has small dimensions and does not occupy a large space, so it is easy to miniaturize apparatuses made ofthe metamaterial of the present disclosure.
